The older lady at 11:45 in all black on Monday morning was rude as hell. All I wanted to do was use a coupon, I would've ordered online, if I knew it was going to bother her so badly she was going to be lazy about my sandwiches. I do it all the time when my family is in a rush. It was awful because as I'm sitting there eating she became extremely friendly with the next several groups that came in. Sorry to have ruined your morning but you got me back by ruining my day!

Stopped by after work and was turned away by an employee named Daniel even though the door was still unlocked. He refused to make a sandwich and said he was closing early, choosing to mop floors instead of helping a paying customer. Drove out of my way just to be denied service. This is exactly how businesses lose money and loyal customers.

this subway closes at 2am. my boyfriend and i went there at 1:26am, and they were already closed and had the door locked, but still workers in the store. the worker would not open the door to serve us even though they didn’t close for another 35 minutes. i’m not happy.

Bogo but online order...pick up...used bathroom and associate was perfect under pressure as my order was not originally in their system but worked with my validation number and eventually worked it out and I got my food 5 mins early.
