I ordered online and when I got home I checked All 4 of my subs for my family they wasn’t done properly. I have been to this location several times and never had an issue. I went to the location Thursday morning to complain and I was told I would be contacted the next morning, no one has contacted me. This is very sad when you can’t even enjoy a sub. They didn’t toast one of my subs and they left off a lot of the things we asked for on our subs.

I left there a few minutes ago.. I usually don't order subway for myself. I was getting my mom a sub. I said I wanted a footlong Italian sub He's telling me some ingredients I don't think go on there. So I said could you ask the lady he was frustrated. He said bro. I've been working here 5 years. He didn't know it came with Genoa salami and Black Forest ham. Neither did I. I had to Google it. He made it a little awkward when he got frustrated with me and I just left... I don't mean to be Petty and leave a bad review but I had a bad experience by just asking simple questions. And I was not rude. Check your cameras. Ignacio needs more training
I’ve been coming to this location for at least seven years and always order the same thing: an Italian BMT with no ham, substituted with turkey. Today, I was told that I would now be charged extra for turkey and salami since substitutions are no longer allowed on the Italian BMT.
Out of frustration, I drove just four minutes away to another Subway nearby, and they had no problem serving me my exact order at no additional cost. This shows the issue isn’t with the brand itself, but with how this particular location chooses to operate.
This might explain why this store is always empty compared to others. Policies like this turn away loyal customers and lose sales over something as small as a substitution.
How much longer are you going to keep driving customers away with rules that don’t even seem consistent across Subway locations?

I've visited this Subway when I'm in town and it's a very friendly place and food is prepared fresh. The manager (Kat) should be commended.

My husband and I were having an issue with an online order the staff were pros and handled the situation beautifully. The food was excellent as always. We will definitely be repeat customers.
