I just grabbed a sub today (02/26/2018) and the lady who prepped my sub was rude and unprofessional. She wasn't wearing any name tag. It was around 2:45 pm. There was a young lady with name tag I believe her name was Danielle. I'm sorry if I misspelled it and the other one who is older than her is the lady I'm mentioning. They were speaking in Spanish for whole time and I don't even know if they are talking about me or what but it's just super rude. She had an attitude from the moment I stepped in. Management has to do something about it asap. Not matching with Subway customer satisfaction standards at all.

I got there a little before 10am so I could have my sub done in a timely fashion as I had other obligations. They rushed me and ended up throwing my sub together so fast it was hard to ask for any extras I wanted. Then, I opened my sandwich and everything was thrown everywhere. My sandwhich looked like a salad. Never coming back here.

The teenager preparing my sandwich was more concerened about gossiping with her coworker as opposed to paying attention to the ingridients i was asking her to put in my order..wasnt pleasant. I felt like i was getting in the way the whole time..

Always kids working here with poor attitudes. They are always out of something, today it was lettuce, last week the toaster isn't working. Even the managers have piss poor attitudes. I work in the mall so the only reason I came again was for convenience, but I will not return, enough is enough

The customer service was amazing , i went there today to have lunch and the girl valentina and The other guy name i think it was sage . they guided me through the menu and answer every question i had . Incredible servicee ! Keep up the good work

Stopped at citrus park mall subway to get two footlongs. When I said lettuce and tomatoes the lettuce looked brown and slimy. I asked if they had any fresh lettuce. She said no. How does a sandwich shop not have any. I asked for mgr...don't you have fresh lettuce in the back? No it's all like this....I said it has to be fresher than this...can you just check she said no. I said ok kerp them. I work for a grocery store and get things go bad but your owner or someone can't go by fresh product when you have none??!? There are several places close by including another subway.

Worst service I've ever had at a Subway . The Spanish lady making our sandwiches needs to learn how to make a sandwich , asked for olives and she literally puts like 3 on my sandwich , loaded it with oil and vinegar , wasn't goin to warm up my oven roasted ckn breast in microwave until I said something ( it's supposed to be heated ). I honestly wanted to walk away and leave as she was making my sandwich . Just horrible there !I was actually afraid I was going to get food poisoning . NEVER AGAIN !!! Do not eat here !
Only giving this place one star because zero wasn't an option. Rude employees, and the sandwhich was thrown together carelessly to the point where the bread was more sauce than bread. And then when i asked for it to be remade i got nothing but dirty looks and attitude. If the employees wore name tags I would have wrote their names because they were actually that rude.

So this was obviously a place where hired teenagers weren't trained properly. From being slow to making sandwiches, to watching the sandwich artist throw cheese out due to hair being on it, to the cashier standing around and not helping. This is a recipe for disaster. I've worked at a sub shop before and if there was no one waiting to be rung up that cashier was on the line helping out. Not standing around looking at us. The three employees were very incompetent. We didn't even have any napkins in our bag, which any other location I've been to has. Please retrain your employees and make sure they aren't just throwing a sandwich together. Perhaps hire adults too.

This place is disgusting, one bite into my sandwich and a piece of plastic or a bone, i don't know what it is but it's gross and it's not suppose to be in my sandwich, on top of not being able to eat my whole order, they forgot half of what I asked for! Subway has definitely gone down hill, thought I'd give it another try but I won't be back, take another 5 minutes, spend another 5 bucks and get yourself Quality with Jersey Mike's 👌ðŸ¼
