Bought a sandwich here on Sunday and firstly the lady was all attitude because I asked for black pepper and refused which I had no problem with because it’s not apart of that meal deal. Didn’t argue or anything. Went to the car and sat and eat just to find a bug in the sandwich. My stomach was instantly sick. That was my first and least meal of the day. Went back in side and waited until most customer left just to not create an unpleasant feeling to other customers and also discreetly told her when the last customer was ordering at the other end. She was so aggravated in the face it was as if I was the problem or I deliberately placed a bug in my food. She told me that I should take back the sandwich in two days when a manager is on site. Did not even offer to make a new sandwich. I still have the sandwich but I’m unable to take back because I work long hours. Do better. This is the only subway that I go to and get the worst customer service.

Every time I order from this location there's an issue if it ain't one thing it's another most of the time if you order something online and they don't have it, so they want you to choose something else and if you don't want anything else you don't get a refund you're just screwed out of the money. Not to mention, my ICE COLD meatball sub had almost no sauce, yet my bread was soaked and nasty didn't even eat it
