I ended up not ordering anything at this location because the food areas was absolutely filthy. Every crevasse looked sticky, dirty, and honest moldy in areas. All the meat looked discolored, grey, and scary. Every food container looks moldy or has some kind of film on the sides of it. I’m a restaurant manager & I’ve been servsafe certified for 9 year, this place is littered with violations.

So I ordered online tonight the b.m.t but instead online it had gotten ordered for A B.L.T. Im allergic to bacon an didnt notice it till I bit into the sandwich, I went inside and nicely asked the guy could he just change out my meat he told me no ok i asked to even pay more for a side of meat he told me that I had to pay for a whole new sandwich to get it , im very upset that he couldn’t an would not satisfy his customers need especially if im allergic , I should’ve read the reviews before coming here an would not recommend any one this place at all

Rude service
I’ve gone to this location a few times since starting my job near by. Unfortunately there aren’t too many choices as I do not care for subway and these past few experiences have reminded me why. I went Tuesday 8/6 around noon and the woman there took my order, there is no customer service skills what so ever. But someone needs to train these workers on how to create a sub. Toppings should go from front to back and side to side, not everything topped on the middle of the bread. I asked for LITE mayo and received about 6 tablespoons worth all in the middle of my sandwich. Asked for parm cheese and did not receive. Added way too much salt and pepper. Asked for oil and vinegar and she pulled out the bottle with both in and without shaking it to mix it together just poured it into the sandwich. Then went to cash me out with CASH that she took. Did not wash her hands and then proceeded to top the next sandwich. Someone needs to come train this store!

There was nothing in the pepperoni wrap, the churro was almost too tough to chew to the point half of it wasn't edible, the pretzel was so greasy it soaked its entire packaging in grease and the ends still managed to be hard. The dip cups were extremely small and half full. Everything was not only cold but seemed extremely old like they'd been left under the heat lamp way past their prime. Waste of $17 is all that it was, literally couldn't eat it all if I wanted to

Not fresh at all. Hard bread, brown lettuce and cold, hard cookies. Everything was cleary left over from the night before. Very disappointed!

I needed lunch and have visited this Subway in the past with positive results. Service was excellent, considering it was a busy lunchtime crowd. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The food was fresh, and the order was made exactly as I requested. I am very satisfied with this Subway restaurant.

Very poor service, the workers are Hispanic and while they were placing my order they were talking about their husbands and children and family problems that as a customer are not interested. In the end they didn't place the order correctly. Family problems are discussed privately, not in front of clients. Subway as a multi-level company should have competent people for service as a customer I will not return.

Just left this location this evening on 4/26 at 9:45pm and the lady making subs was rude. Did not acknowledge us when we walked in. I asked if we could get a sub she rolled her eyes and said "what do you want" rudely. My husband and I just decided to leave because of her attitude. It was not time to close, yet she had put all of the food away 15mins early while having the open sign on. She also was not properly groomed and looked unsanitary. Will never return here again.
