I made an order online and when I went to pick it up, the employee told me that she had neither pizza nor the bread that I had ordered that my order could not be made. I told her that since I was going to return the money, she told me that I had to call the number that appeared on the receipt, no one answered they did not return my money I also wrote them by email and no one answered they are thieves

Maybe the review will increase if you get more workers thats quick or at least don't mind making sandwiches all day.. most if not all of their customers are on a work time frame . Just sayin

I walked in, just in time, to see a customer acting like a child, throwing a tantrum. It was the most ridiculous thing I've seen in public. (This was a middle aged woman, acting all ghetto and making threats.) All because the plastic bag for the sandwiches were switched and one said Tuna on it but the bags were backwards. ( There was no tuna ever in the bag [just the word written on it] and she knew it cause she watched her do it) . When the employee went to put it in a new bag, the woman lost her mind.Somehow the employee kept her composure the entire time. Guess what I left with ... my turkey sub in a bag marked TUNA. Cause I'm not a 2 year old and why waste the bag? Thought about framing the Tuna bag and taking it back to the poor woman who works there. Lol. If she didn't just quit. I couldn't have done it. My service was great though. The ability to control her emotions and act like an adult in a tough situation was unparalleled.

I went in today on my 30 break and was standing waiting on the rep that was outside by the trash can in front of the store smoking a black n mild. So she opens the door and says I'm on a 30 minute break I'm not jit taking any orders right now. I was like it's one wrap really quick so she gets nasty and was stated " I don't care who you tell either but not wanting to give me any info for management. Dispicable and unprofessional is all I can describe the situation

Only time I had my order done great was when a guy made my sandwich one day. I do not like this location at all like the staff is change daily…literally! Either the manager a bad manager or she is desperate to hire anyone. Like I was saying I do not like this location it’s just hard when that’s really the most edible place that’s within walking distance from my job. Every time I go there the veggies are half frozen or not fresh. Example I wanted spinach and this lady straight up said “that’s all I got”. Don’t they have any back up veggies? Rude staff every time I go only one time I didn’t have any problems all I can say if the area had something better for lunch I’d avoid this place at all costs!

I am not a big “sandwich “ eater, but I had a tuna Sub and it was delicious!??Okay Subway! Huge variety of choices, the Italian herb cheese bread was amazing!?I will definitely go back to Subway.
