Poor customer service from a very stingy sandwich artist. I feel bad for people living nearby who don’t have another choice.

I never do this but to have a full on conversation on your AirPods In front of the customer while greeting them with (what is it?) when asking what kind of sandwich they want before they go right back into their conversation on their AirPods is another kind of unprofessionalism . I get it’s subway but still, at the very least greet your customer and have your personal conversation when there’s no on in the store . Not RIGHT INFRONT OF THEM AS YOURE AGGRESSIVELY MAKING THEM A SANDWICH .
Workers feel somewhat argumentative or something, just doesn't feel friendly. My sandwich bread was supposed to be toasted and it was soft as soft, just warm. I told them their over doesn't toast the bread or the workers don't toast it enought or something and they fought me about it. I get my same meatball sandwich toasted at many other locations and it's actually toasted and a bit crunchy. Had enough of them after only 1 visit. Won't be back to this location. The building itself is nice, plenty of tables to sit at.
Literally the rudest employee I’ve ever met. “What do you want?” “You just ordered this four minutes ago, why did you think it would be ready?” “It’s on the house, how about that, is that better for you?” “It’s not even close to being ready” “What are you two still doing here?” She was rude to me, my family, and every other person that walked in the door. It was almost laughable, and very very awkward for everyone except for her apparently.
Worst service I have ever seen in a Subway. I don’t need to pay for insults.
This place looks abandoned. The sandwich was half made. I got the tuna sub and had to look for the tuna. That whole plaza was abandoned. I should’ve known better
Any adjective with a negative connotation will accurately describe the experience of trying to order food from this Subway.
Ordered from this subway, was given an eta of 2:30pm for pickup. Arrived a few minutes after the ETA to an empty restaurant, waited a minute before someone came from the back and the order hasn’t been completed or even started… was given nothing by attitude by the employee (didn’t catch her name but middle aged black woman), said she needed to cut the meat… okay… gave even more attitude when I asked for an ETA on when I could expect the order to be completed. She told me to come back in 20 minutes, I come back in 20 minutes still had to wait a few minutes just to receive a bag full of nonsense… Turkey & bacon flatbread … with nothing but cold bacon oddly wrapped up… every other sandwich had cold hard inedible bread, cold bacon, etc. … so I ended up having to go elsewhere and buy food. This experience was absolutely abysmal, $54 spent and no one could eat any of it and some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life… Not apologetic in any way, seemed pissed off that I had even ordered from there at all, and all that attitude just to deliver crap food… horrible.
Something needs to be done because this place isn’t going to be open much longer at this rate.
Every time I walk into this subway location I am greeted by the happiest staff. They always have a smile on their faces. When I came here to write this review I was shocked to hear others have a different view of the staff. Keep smiling guys, don’t listen to these negative people.
Very poor customer service at this subway location. The lady serving tells me 'can't you prepare this sandwich at home?' She said that she wouldn't eat the subway sandwich even if she got it for free. Very negative attitude and customer service. The management needs to look at the motivation levels of the staff and fix. Just look at how motivated and excellent service Chipotle provides, every single time. The owner may as well close this subway location than spoil the mood of the customers by such negative behavior.

Worst service ever in my life of having 1000s of subways from all over USA.
Literally the server was irritated with each customer coming in and she kept saying what day is it why so many people are coming like it's a weekday and then judges you for having chicken being Indian
Walked in, saw the cashier ask a customer if he was broke because he didn't like the $21 price of one sandwich, and I walked out.
The employees were just rude. When I tried to address with the owner. He was rude as well.
Going to a restaurant like this and having a response and attitude like this doesn't make you want to come back. It's just one employee who really doesn't belong at this Subway. Being told that we could make sandwiches at home and it would cost less! And a lot of other comments that don't need to be made.

Was told this location doesn't accept coupons. That was about a year ago. Never went back and don't miss it.
