Sonia does an excellent job in keeping all ingredients fresh and appetizing, and with customer service, friendliness and responsiveness. The restaurant is always clean and neat. She goes extra miles to make this one of the best Subways in the entire Tampa Bay area.

I hate having to dock the store for something that is probably corporate’s fault but what can I do? I’ve always liked the flatbread at subways but I’m told it has changed. I tried it anyway and found the new flatbread just not as enjoyable.

Hello all,So, the hours say they close at 8pm.. I got there at 7:45pm. When I walked in, ALL the food was already put away. I was like I thought yall close at 8. The lady says "we close at 8 so I have to start putting the food away at 7:30 so I can actually leave at 8... super inconvenient!!!!!!!!!! I work nearby & was trying to get a quick bite to eat on my break. That is NOT good customer service.

I am always pleasant to everyone I meet.... until i can't be. With that being said I have been coming to this subway for sometime but yesterday i was waiting to order my food and this mean miserable lady did what she called helping me. She is just rude mean and I swear I feel like she hates life because why would you be mean just because you feel like you can. Crazy thing is everything I go there she is always rude to everyone that's how I know it's not just me. She is going to be rude to the wrong one onday.
Very fast and friendly personnel. Love coming here when my lunch time is very limited. Quick in and out. Always making my sandwich taste good.

I came Tuesday late afternoon, and a rude old lady took my order for a chicken bacon ranch and while in other Subways I've been asked what kind of chicken and cheese I'd like, she asked neither. She started to put in Rotisserie chicken, which I don't like, and I told her so and that I wanted grilled chicken strips instead. She said I should have said so and shook her head while fixing my order. I told her all other Subways I've been did ask what kind of bread, chicken and cheese I want. She said they don't do that. This was my first visit to this location and will also be my last, and management can thank that rude lady for that.
