I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The macadamia cookies were not fresh and had a strong taste of old grease, indicating they were spoiled. This raises serious concerns about quality control. I do not recommend this product.

Sonia does an excellent job in keeping all ingredients fresh and appetizing, and with customer service, friendliness and responsiveness. The restaurant is always clean and neat. She goes extra miles to make this one of the best Subways in the entire Tampa Bay area.

I hate having to dock the store for something that is probably corporate’s fault but what can I do? I’ve always liked the flatbread at subways but I’m told it has changed. I tried it anyway and found the new flatbread just not as enjoyable.
Hours are incorrect and no one bothers to pick up the phone. Cussing black woman appears to be drunk and made it close at 1 in the afternoon today

Hello all,So, the hours say they close at 8pm.. I got there at 7:45pm. When I walked in, ALL the food was already put away. I was like I thought yall close at 8. The lady says "we close at 8 so I have to start putting the food away at 7:30 so I can actually leave at 8... super inconvenient!!!!!!!!!! I work nearby & was trying to get a quick bite to eat on my break. That is NOT good customer service.
