This is the worst Subway that I have been to. The staff was poor with their service. I waited 5 min to be waited on while the employees chit chatted. And ended up with this sandwich. Will NEVER go back to them

Extremely clean new restaurant. I used the app and the sandwich was ready when I walked in. I hope more people use this location because it's a very nice place and it needs the business.

I walk in the store at my estimated ready time, about 15-20 minutes after placing my order. The moron working claims he just got it. I ask him to just cancel the order and he claims he cannot. And the app won’t let me cancel because it said the order was ready even though it was not. So now I’ll have to remember to file a dispute with my bank to get refunded. What a joke.

Check your receipt! I have frequently caught them applying additional charges to my meals and seen it happen to other people. Charging for a 12" when you had a 6", or charging you for double meat or cheese that you didn't ask for. The workers are usually very friendly, but this is definitely a scummy business practice.
