At this Subway location inside Walmart they have these drivers that are called Spark drivers and they take the whole Subway area. They are disrespectful they curse extremely obnoxious. The Subway customers can’t even enjoy their meal. They come in at six in the morning and they stay all the way till closing. Please do something about the situation!

If I could give a 0 star review I could! I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub for my wife. The lady poured the sauce on before toasting. Afterwards, I asked the lady to put lettuce and tomato on the sub. After seeing her put the lettuce and beginning to put the tomatoes on the sub, I opened up my subway app to pay for my order. Which I did. After I got to the car, I noticed there was mayo on the sub.
I went back in to notify the employee about the mistake and asked for a remake. She went to get the lady in the back and she pulls out a translation app on her phone since I did not speak Spanish. The employee admitted to not hearing me (she had a Bluetooth in her ear) but said she couldn't remake it and that I should have watched her.
This is unsatisfactory service. If the employee has a hard time interpreting English, then I should not be at fault. I clearly stated my order and watched her prepare it. There is nothing left for me to do. How can someone not understand me and I have to PAY for the mistake?

At this location they have the meat and cheese section blocked off so you can't see their mistakes which are very frequent. Even if I'm doing my shopping at Walmart I'll go across the street to the other subway.

The i moved to the vegetables area i saw everything is frozen and with moles i told her i dont want my sandwich anymoreU can see the picture look at the cucumber and the pickles disgusting!!!

I wish I could give it a zero, workers don’t understand anything you ask for. Apparently the mozzarella is only for the pizzas. Ordered the new boneless chicken and they threw it in the microwave and they were extremely dry. No forks to eat it. Asked for ranch and the employee put in on her and and spelt it to confirm that was what it was. Roaches in the lights.

This location used to be awesome. I’m truly sorry for making this complaint but every time we go there, their vegetables are not fresh their lettuce is pink and all the other vegetables look unappealing. If they change out their vegetables often that would be A great experience for the customers.?

I wanted a cold sandwich. I was exhausted and hadn't eaten all day. I ordered rotisserie chicken sandwich. She put the meat in the microwave and threw it on my sandwich. I asked her about it and she literally said it was cold and slimy. I should have just left. Buy the time I got home I had a warm ball of goo. The chicken was so dry it was unedible. Just disgusting. I will never eat at subway again.
