The lady that was working today at about 7pm very rude. We ordered from Uber because there was a deal and it was cheaper than ordering directly from Subway. She tells my son that I needed to slide to complete the order. I did it. She then sends out my son again and tell him she needs to see me slide to complete the order. I Went inside to show her that there’s nothing left on my screen of the order and she starts telling me because it’s the Uber eats order. She can’t give it to me unless you see me swipe it off. I tell her I did exactly what you said. could you either give my kids their food or give me my money back? I try to grab the food she tells me no you need to listen to me and then starts yelling at me and yes, I yelled back. I said you’re not about to sit here and yell at me and think I’m not going to yell back. But as an employee, she should have never raced her voice at me when I didn’t raise my voice. Yes, I was very stern because don’t play with my kids. They are 17 and 14 Black boys, so maybe she assumed They were trying to steaI or I feel like she was trying to find a reason to keep the food I paid for. I usually never leave bad reviews because one person shouldn’t effect everyone but she should never handle a situation like that.

Stopped in to get a cookie only. The lady behind the counter already has gloves on while she’s handling her phone. Already a red flag. When she goes to get the cookie, she grabs it with the same gloves she was touching her germ ridden phone (instead of using the tongs that are normally used by employees). I had already paid for the cookie so I had no choice but to take the bag. I proceeded to throw the cookie out so at least a stray dog could eat it…. HOW CAN PEOPLE IN FOOD SERVICE BE SO OBLIVIOUS?!?!?!?

The man in there working at 8:30pm on Sunday, October 19th, 2025 deserves a raise. He created one of (if not the best) Subway subs I have ever had. I ordered online, walked in as he was finishing and walked out 2 minutes later. It was wrapped like a present under the tree on Christmas. And it sure tastes like a present. Sure, it was a tad under toasted, but he didn’t know I like my subs extra toasty and I didn’t tell him. He crafted a beautiful sub, and I thank him for it. Well done sir. You have made my Sunday night a bit better.

This was my first time coming to this Subway in particular, and I have to say, I was very surprised and satisfied with the service! Mahmoud was the worker and he was very talkative, kind, and extremely helpful about their deals of the day. The food was delicious and hot. Usually I’ve had bad experiences in other establishments, but this one made me feel welcome and appreciated. Will be coming back that’s for sure!
