I enjoy going to this location. They are friendly, clean, and quick even during busy hours. I remember one time they had closed early on New Years Eve, but their “open” sign was still on, so I walked in. The employee made me a sandwich even though they were closing everything up. He said that they were closed and I apologized and told him the sign said they were still open. He happily made me a sandwich, without rushing or any sort of attitude and I really appreciated that. Definitely will continue coming here.

Decided that I wanted something healthy during my short stay in Tampa, FL, i decided that it was Subway. I looked at the Subway app and saw that one was sort of in walking distance. It was about a 10 minute walk from Miller's Ale House on West Columbus Drive, after placing an order there. I opened up my Subway app after reaching the Burger King on foot and wanted something different. With that in mind, I placed my order to this Subway location then proceeded to walk towards it. Once I arrived here, the scene was interesting and very awkward. They didn't acknowledge my arrival or even say hi to me, as they were working on orders. It was past 8:30pm on a Thursday night, to give some sort of context. It was close to closing time I'm sure, but it was awkward. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, one of the staff here looked up after finishing some sandwiches and asked if I placed a mobile order. Thought it was somewhere in between okay to straight up ghetto. They usually close around 10pm, but it felt like they were slowly winding down for the evening. My entire experience lasted about 15 minutes from the waiting to the actual pick up, to the filling the soda from the fountain, to the eventual leaving the location with my order. The ambiance was generally okay, as with other Subway locations across the country. They had a few tables for customers to sit and eat, but I didn't want to stay there. It was generally awkward for sure, but it is what it is.For the most part though, this Subway location had seen better days, but maybe it was just an evening issue. The service was very non existent, but maybe just basic ask my name and they handed me my order. For my experience here, I ordered a tuna footlong sub with all of the vegetables and no cheese, along with 6 macadamia nut cookies - all on the app, so I know how much $$ they are charging. The important thing to note is the service being rendered here. I've seen more happier people working at Subway than this Thursday night crew. It's like they seem to not want to be there. Not to say that this was the bad part of my experience, but it certainly has an impact on it. The sandwich was decidedly decent and the cookies was good, as usual. Usually enjoy the cookies soft versus hard. It was one of those nights that I chose wisely versus unhealthy, even though i was on vacation here in Tampa, Florida. The overall experience here at this particular Subway restaurant near Tampa regional airport was average and decent. The service, as mentioned before, could have been better, but typical I guess. The restaurant itself was clean and was basically ready for the night to be over. This Subway restaurant location is situated at 2502 N Dale Mabry Hwy, a few miles from the airport. They accept major credit cards, as well as cash. Mobile ordering is accepted here too. As far as parking goes, there isn't much in the way of parking. There was a few slots in front of the restaurant itself, but other than that, you'd need to find somewhere nearby, if it is peak time for lunch or dinner. If you enjoy the public bus system here in Tampa, route 32 on the HART Bus travels from the airport and on W Columbus Avenue. Not sure where the stops are, but there is one near the AC Hotel by Marriott on W Columbus Drive. Then it's a short walk after that to get to the restaurant. There's always Uber and Lyft, to meet your needs too. With that said, maybe my experience was probably typical and close to closing time. The location was great since it's within walking distance from the hotel I was staying at (AC Hotel by Marriott). Subway is a cost effective meal solution for anyone and everyone. Its healthy generally and a fun meal for those who are always on the go. Consider stopping by if you are flying out of Tampa or arriving and need a quick bite. 3.0 stars for the overall experience. 1.0 stars for the service. 4.0 stars for the food and ambiance. 3.0 stars for the prices.Support local!C

I ordered online through the app and made a mistake, I tried to call to get my order voided but they wouldn’t pick up the phone they just let it ring. Other subways will call you if they think something was wrong with your order but here they don’t care. Terrible customer service and I felt like I got robbed of my 10 dollars.

I wasn't allowed to order a simple meat & cheese only sub... I was aggressively told that it had to be a number from their new menu.... . After I paid & left, I soon thereafter realized why it had to be a particular number from their menu..... so that they can charge almost 13$ for a footlong sub 'with a fancy name... On a side note, the bread tasted stale. I won't be returning.

CHECK YOUR TOTAL BEFORE PAYING!! This store specifically over charges you for 2x meat or cheese when you never asked... my 6 inch bmt came out to $15 FIFTEEN ... idk if they don't know how to properly punch orders in but wow.

Each time I’ve ordered a sandwich, the bread is crunchy, burnt and dry. It’s just not good. I ordered the all American club yesterday on the app, they didn’t put any bacon and the bread was over cooked too. The bread literally flakes away and destroys the roof of your mouth with how dry and hard it is lol

Gambled on the Tuna sub today and lost. The bread was old and overcooked. Please step your bread game up, this is Tampa. You can find decent Cuban bread on every corner. The bread was disrespectful to the city ($17 for trash bread).

Nice place for a quick meal, with a good outdoor table for a quick serve

Rude staff, mostly Spanish that says they don't speak English. Very clearly might I say..

The store was bright and clean. Order a tuna footlong. I was help by an older Spanish lady. I was not greeted when I walked in. The spinach was black and old I ask if I can get spinach from another bag and the lady shrugged me off and said it’s all the same. The older lady individually picked green spinach from the black ones. In total I got about eight spinach leaves on my sandwich. Also, the lettuce was not fresh. So I didn’t even ask for it. Do better and be kind. Will not return.
