Appreciate them participating in 5$ Footlong. Note: Jalapeno Cheddar bread is not available at the Gandy location, contrary to what the website says. Did not contact me when certain ingredients were out (as the website says), but i wont deduct for that ATT.

I always go to this subway since it's the closest to where I live, staff are friendly and good people. Today was a little busy for them, preparing online orders, Uber orders, in-store orders and there's only two of them.They handled all of it efficiently, this team can work under stress and chaos. Good job!

I placed an online order at 7:30 PM for a 7:45 PM pickup time and it wasn't ready when I arrived at 7:50 PM. The woman working behind the counter stopped making the order for the customers in line to make my order which should've been ready. They also didn't have the bread, meat, or cheese for one of the subs that I ordered online. Avoid this location unless you want an aggravating experience that wastes your time.
