This was an amazing experience. We took my daughter for her 13th birthday and she had a wonderful time. The staff was great and made her day so special. The manager took great care of my entire family and they had a blast. My daughter eyes lit up when they brought out the King ice cream bowl and started playing one of her favorite songs. This experience was a 100/10 10 starts across the board.

It was so much fun!!! I've been going to the sugar factory ever since I was little. I recently just moved here and didn't know Tampa had one. I have to say it brought back memories from when I was in Vegas. The food is amazing and the staff was so friendly!!

I don't like how every time I called on the server he didn't pay me any attention . I waited 15 minutes for him to come to my table every time . The chicken tenders was was hard and was not tasty at all.

Our waitress was great, very sweet and professional .. I gave it 4 stars because I've been to this sugar factory before and they pulled out all the stops for birthdays and this time they didn't and it was a little disappointing I likely won't be back. But the food was good.

The ambience is the selling point of this restaurant - Sugar Factory/Tampa is decorated in full force with festive Halloween skulls, webs, and spiders, complete with ghostly, fun music. However, the actual dining experience did not match the skill with which the restaurant was adorned. For a party of five, the only stand-out decent items were one roll that came with cinnamon-sugar spread, the Caesar salads and the French fries. Everything else was subpar: sirloin steak which was requested to be cooked medium rare was delivered well-done, French onion soup was heavily salted, sesame chicken salad was bland and the chicken of dubious quality, waitstaff - while friendly in the busy and hectic atmosphere - perhaps understaffed or overwhelmed as a request for salt & pepper took over 10 minutes to get and other items had to be repeatedly requested. The acoustics of the space make it a loud experience while dining. Last but not least, as a "third party" restaurant, Seminole Hard Rock Unity points are only accepted on a 2 for 1 basis (you lose points by using) and you cannot charge to your room. Had we known this in advance, we would not have eaten here, even if the food was fabulous, which it was not. Lackluster at best.

Celebrated my daughters14th birthday with a couple of her friends. I sat at the bar with my sister while they had a table. Service was awesome! Everyone was so nice and attentive. The girls really enjoyed themselves!

Had an amazing experience as a first timer. The drinks were good as well as the appetizers. The salad was basic lettuce, croutons, and cheese. Not impressed. The fries were good but the steak was salty. Service was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome

I got the rainbow sliders for my meal they were good just a little dry, my boyfriend got the surf and terf the steak was bland, the lobster was salty. The only thing he enjoyed was the potatoes that came with the meal. It was not worth the $80 spent on that meal.
