Had an amazing experience as a first timer. The drinks were good as well as the appetizers. The salad was basic lettuce, croutons, and cheese. Not impressed. The fries were good but the steak was salty. Service was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome
Went to the Tampa location for a family reunion on August 16, we couldn’t have been welcomed more warmly by the crew. Hannah was our server, she couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant for all events.
I love the sugar factory hands down but my last visit was iffy mainly the food was just not great there was a few hiccups with how the food was cooked and how it tasted that made me a little disappointed as well as the people I was with but I will most definitely go again
