First time experiencing The Sugar Factory. Did not wait for reserved table. The food did take awhile to come out and a manager made rounds to inform us (Tree) that the kitchen just got slammed and they're trying to push out food as quickly as they can. Tree did take care of someone in our party their drink. It was getting watered down waiting for the food. Overall food was absolutely great, great music playlist. Our server Caleb was great.
My experience was amazing!! I thought I was going to be super late to my reservation but I am so thankful that the restaurant contacted me and I was still able to have my table. The service was amazing! I would definitely come here again! Thank you so much Sugar Factory for a great experience!
On line and outside the resteraunt said opens at 10am on Sunday. Hostess did not open until 10:15 ish and was not friendly. Waitress was very friendly and sweet - We had cafe mocha and it was good but cold- not hot. we ordered a hot coco expresso per waitress recommendation and-it had no expresso taste (don't think it had any expresso) -also served room temperature to cool and not hot. We had eggs for brunch and asked for salt /pepper and waitress did not come back with salt/pepper....
