I got takeout: salmon nigiri, a spicy tuna roll, and a candy cane roll. The salmon was good but the red and white tuna both tasted so old and fishy that I had to throw away both rolls.
I really don’t like wasting food and will usually still eat things even if they aren’t great, but this was so gross and I couldn’t mask it no matter how much ginger and soy sauce I used.
It could have just been a bad day, who knows, but I wouldn’t come back here 😔

I love this place. I grew up in LA where sushi is top notch - I’ve been here 7 years and this is the only place that comes close to tasting like sushi from back home. The simplicity and freshness of the raw sushi rolls are superior and what sushi is supposed to taste like. It’s always worth the 35 min drive to eat here. I come here specifically for the Corona Roll, spicy tuna roll, and yellowfin Kama. Spicy lobster roll is also very good.

This place is a hidden gem! The fish is incredibly fresh, and every bite is packed with flavor. The rolls are beautifully crafted, and the sashimi melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is just as welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed night out. Highly recommend!

Set at the bar and the sushi chef was awesome, even flamed the Nori so it was nice and crispy! Hostess was also very polite and attentive :-)
