On 3/20/26, my friends and I had the all-you-can-eat dinner from 4:30p-6:20pm. Our service professional, Christian, was exceptional. He was very friendly, knowledgeable on the menu, and always made sure we had everything we needed without interrupting our dinner too much. The food we ordered was all delicious 😋 and the presentation was very nice too! I highly recommend this place for the great service (if you ask for Christian) and the endless delicious sushi and Hibachi. Thank you, Christian, for a fun time at dinner and your amazing service! 🥰

This place is beautiful inside and out! Amber, one of the bartenders, was absolutely amazing! It is usually a challenge having celiac and dining anywhere but at Sushi Masa, the whole experience was amazing. They have a separate gluten free menu you can request and they are also able to adjust other menu items. I was able to eat seaweed salad for the first time in years and I was so happy! Everything I ordered was delicious including the rainbow roll (no kani), miso soup, Alaska roll, and gf seaweed salad. They were able to give me gf soy sauce and yum yum sauce to have with the sushi. Amber was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive the whole time I sat at the bar. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others.

Before Masa, I considered Sushi Yama to be the best in town with its fresh and high-quality sashimi as well as the good customer services there. Sushi Masa lives up to that expectation of mine, except for the tuna sashimi, which is not as fresh as Yama’s and the customer services are not as well-trained (which is completely understandable for a newly opened restaurant). I tried the AYCE menu, mainly sashimi. My favorites are the squid, salmon, and eel. The signature rolls are similar to other places like Ajisai and Yama. The biggest difference is that they give larger sashimi pieces for those rolls. I tried the Baby Tiger and Out of Control rolls. All of the dishes were beautifully decorated and Instagram-feed worthy. For the desserts, we tried Banana Tempura and Chocolate Ice Cream. Both portions were large and good.
Regarding customer services, our server did a great job on taking care of us. However, when we finished our dishes, these remained on the table for a long time, compared to other places, the finished dishes would be taken right away once the servers see it or when they bring out a new dish. I believe this is something that can be improved.
The atmosphere here is absolutely magnificent. It is the most well-decorated restaurant I’ve ever been to. If you want a luxurious and cozy feeling, this is THE place. Date night, business meeting, family hang-out, etc? Sushi Masa will be a good spot for those occasions.

I've been back so many times and lost counts but it's truly the best in town. Their salmon sashimi is fresh as always. The tuna is not too fresh but acceptable. Their customer services have improved so much I don't have any complaints. They also add more items on the menu, which I love and support it.

This is actually my first google review, but I had such an amazing experience last night that I needed to share. Upon arrival, the host was extremely warm and helpful. Though we do not have allergies, I really liked that she asked. After being seated, we were greeted by our amazing server Christian. His energy was electric and we shared laughs right off the bat. He inquired about allergies as well which showed me how important food safety is to the business. Christian was also incredibly attentive- grabbing everything we asked for quickly and correctly. Additionally, he checked in on us often, which left us never waiting with a request. I also appreciated his expertise on the menu items! No matter what I was asking about, he had advice and that helped me enjoy every bite. We saw our host one time in passing and she was kind enough to answer a question for us. We also had quick and friendly banter about the show we were watching with our dinner. Lastly, Christian dropped off the bills with glitter pens and that topped off the night for me. The environment was so welcoming, the service quick, and the food excellent. Though I already expected to be back as I’ve been before, I’m definitely expediting my trip now.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times already and every time here was so great. The food was so delicious and placed beautifully. I would definitely recommend Eel Avocado Handroll. The eel was so flavorful, avocado was so fresh. Could not get enough of it. All servers did a great job and we were taken care of very well every time. I was taken care of by Joy today. She is awesome! But personally, I think each server should have their own tablet to put the order in instead of using paper. This would save tons of time for them and customers, especially for AYCE. Food would be delivered faster and the server would not have to write down and type in the system again, which requires lots of work, especially during peak hours. But anyway, everything was amazing and would love to come back here so much more!
