I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

We had high Hopes for this healthy food choice. could not have been more dissapointed. highly advertised ripple fries, cold and tasteless. 4.55 for about 8 chip/slices. My hot honey chicken bowl was mostly quino, very little slaw and the sweet potatoes cold and tough. the carrot slices were bland and discolored, like they had been sliced days before.the chicken was tough. I was lucky enough to have been given some bread from my friend I was dining with. my bowl and fries,no drink, but gave tip, came to almost 24 dollars. I left hungry and should have said something but didn’t. also, while dining, a gal behind the counter kept running a very large grinder, it took her 2 hands to run it, was so big and loud. we had to stop in the middle of our conversation several times because we could not hear each other. overall not a good experience. on the upside, place was clean, help was friendly, water was cold and easily available. will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Tried to reach the Torrance location but they have no legit phone#. Son got violently food poisoned after eating there last night. His stomach started hurting at night then threw up several times and got diarrhea thru the night and morning. He ate blackened chicken kale bowl, and didn't finish it as he found hair at the bottom of bowl. I had different kind. He has been in pain moaning all day. Why is it so hard to reach the restaurant? I couldn't leave home all day to take care of my son. Did anyone else get sick? There were only a few people there when we ate there. Someone sweetgreen need to do something. He might have to miss school tmrw because of this. He is still not better.

I don't usually write reviews but the Bedford NH location has terrible customer service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Not only that but there's some bug on the website that altered our pick up time and then there was absolutely no way to contact the store to correct it so we had to go in person to fix the pick up time for an almost $160 order only for the customer service texting people to GASLIGHT us about the pick up time and tell us it can't be changed! 0/5 Stars don't bother going here.

Customer service was just awful. Decided to go somewhere else.Could have a lot more business but won’t be going back because I was so rudely assisted. The guy kept ignoring me when they had a clearly full staff and then had a problem cashing me out. And then expected me to tip without choice. I’m good. Done with this place.

This has to be a joke. $20 for this bowl and was given caps of sweet potato and brussel sprouts barley even considered a real side.

They gave a customer a salad that they gave to me after I took it home, opened it, realized they gave me the wrong one, and drove it back to the store. DISGUSTING.

Ordered online and drove to pick my order up, got it home and realized the name on the bag was correct but the name on the bowl was wrong. After opening the salad to confirm, I took it back to the store to show them and get the correct salad (if not for a food allergy I would have suffered through the wrong one). When i told the staff what happened they acted like I inconvenienced them and tried to find the old salad that should have been mine to give me (it would have been over 30 minutes old by now). They finally agreed to make my salad again.

READ THIS PART
Here’s the worst part, they took the bowl that was incorrect (that had been opened in my home) and put it in the correct persons bag and set it on the shelf to be picked up. When confronted about it they acted confused and still left it there. I watched someone pick it up.

Then they handed me my salad, said “all set” and sent me on my way. No apology whatsoever. WILD. Will never eat at Hyde Park sweetgreen again. Side note, there is no way to discuss this with a human, so it’s going here for everyone to see.
