The red velvet stuffed chocolate chip cookie was amazing. We also got the s'more cheesecake and mango key lime cheesecake. FANTASTIC! I will be bringing some to work to share!
One of my employees stumbled upon this bakery, and let’s just say we will be going there multiple times a year. We love the variety and the uniqueness of the offerings. A funny story is I bought several goodies the other day and we put the rest in the fridge to eat, and someone else in our office actually took them home without asking! Synergy Sweets is an absolute gem and the best dessert shop in Tampa, a cute little shop hidden off Hillsborough Avenue. Every dessert is spectacular, beautifully crafted, and clearly made with care. The quality is consistently top-tier, from decadent cakes and the best cheesecake to perfectly balanced pastries, cupcakes, and brownies. Items are delicious, moist, and have the perfect amount of sweetness, combining multiple flavors without being overwhelmingly sweet. Specific highlights include the most delicious cupcakes, GLUTEN FREE Black Velvet Cupcakes that are crazy delicious, the Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownie, the Carrot Cake Cupcake, and the brownie red velvet.
The service is impressive, with staff that are warm, attentive, super friendly, very helpful, and genuinely passionate. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, with seating inside and outside. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a tasty treat, or catch up with friends. The experience feels both personal and welcoming. With beautiful presentation and items priced well, it is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed with any item on the menu.
