Hello, I am a current customer of yours and two days ago I bought frozen chicken patties from your shop. when I came home and opened the box, the frozen patties were thawed. I went back to the store this morning and told them about it. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I need to know why should I be paying for food that was already spoiled. I left the box of frozen chicken patties with the cashier and told her to throw it cause it it could kill me if I eat it....read full review
Best thing about Taaza Mart is the Meat Section where they cut the meat as we request. Always Freindly, Mustafa and team. We stopped going to Publix nowadays for meat. So Glad.

Taaza Mart is a large Indian grocery store that offers authentic Desi products and tasty food, though the service can sometimes be inconsistent. There have been reports of issues with responsiveness and staff attitude, yet the cleanliness of the store and the courtesy of the employees stand out. The store boasts a wide range of goods from the Indian subcontinent, making it a convenient one-stop shop for Indian market essentials. While some customers find the prices slightly high, they appreciate the quality and variety available. The café within Taaza Mart has a lively, Indian street-food-like atmosphere, making it a great spot to grab a snack or meal. A popular dish is Ammu’s Special Mutton Biryani, often considered the best biryani in Tampa for its perfect spice level and incredible flavor.
Though the merchandise is well organized on the shelves and staff are available for assistance, customers have noted the absence of self-checkouts as a drawback. The checkout counters are limited, which can lead to crowding during busy times. Another suggestion is to create a partition for the café area, as the lack of walls can result in lingering food smells on clothing. Customers have expressed concerns about some behaviors in the parking lot, which they feel should be improved.
Despite these issues, Taaza Mart remains a popular choice in the neighborhood, with its thriving meat department and a manager, Mustafa, who is praised for keeping it clean and presentable. The goat meat is particularly noted for its quality. Many customers keep returning, even when they don’t need to shop. The staff is described as young, friendly, and always smiling. Although some items, like 777 Vadu Mango, are often unavailable, customers find that Taaza Mart has most of what they desire for their Indian shopping needs.
