Spot is hit or miss dont get the tacos or anything like that the shell taste like they 10 years old and really hard even the potatoes felt like I was gonna chip a tooth tonight is the last night I go to this one had to throw half my meal away because it was in no way enjoyable

She’s helped me a few times and is always really nice and makes sure my order is right. You can tell she cares about her job. This location wouldn’t be the same without employees like her. They’re very lucky to have her!!

They told my delivery person my oder was already picked up which means they gave it to someone else. I canceled the oder after 3 different delivery people tried picking it up and they didn't refund my money. Something about it being Ubers policy. The service sucks here. Too bad because the food is good.

Not a good experience, ordered my food , in drive thru,payed my bill, no receipt. Then checked my order… Not my stuff in the bag ? Told them wrong order they wouldn’t take it back told me to go thru drive thru agian .(what!!!) parked my car , went inside. No one came to the counter?? After some time, I explained I didn’t order the food I was given. Not going to get my money back ? Reordered then waited too long and had to rebuy what I initially ordered. Forget customer service, forget the front counter, I will forget Taco Bell in Town n Country!!!!

Last night I watched a Taco Bell employee here spit into someone’s food. I saw this through the drive through window as I was paying. The store manager, an African American female age 20ish, watched this happen, laughed, and did nothing to stop it. The employee who did this is an Hispanic male, possibly a trans, probably 19-20, with a poofy ponytail. Do NOT eat the food at the 7620 W Hillsborough location!
Goodness prepared quickly and better than expected. Great crew!

I went to the new location on Gunn Hwy and Anderson Road in Tampa, I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered a supreme crunch wrap; it was soggy and filled with mostly lettuce, I also ordered the cantina chicken bowl. The wrap tasted burnt and the chicken bowl was only half filled, much rather have gone to Chipotle. I was so looking forward to this new location, but honestly, I do not feel I will be going back. Please have a manager check on this particular location. Also, there were no customers, which explains it.
