There's hardly anyone in that place and they barely put ant ingredients in any of there food. Wen I order something with beef I expect to SEE IT AND THERES NEVER HARDLY ANY BEEF!!!!!!

You need to properly cook and heat the food before you serve it. Even when you are busy. No one wants semi cold, wet burritos. Absolutely disgusting. Burritos had cold spots and the rest was barely warm. I heated it in the microwave which barely helped as it wasn’t cooked properly. Bit into it and sour cream was literally rancid. Nasty. Threw in garbage. Tried to call and it says “user busy.” Don’t go to this location.

Never add anything extra like rice or cheese to your order because you'll pay extra and it won't be there. They absolutely don't care how they put your food together they just throw on whatever their hands touch first. However, don't expect them to put everything that's even supposed to be on your order either. They just don't flucking care! And corporate doesn't give a fluck either!

Ordered through the app. Got my food, took a bite while it was still in the wrapper, and found it was clearly something that was ordered a very long time before my order, sat in the warmer to burn and get super soggy then sent to me.
Ordered a chalupa and one of the workers thought it would be funny to not put a single thing in the tortilla. Like seriously? You learn this in 1st grade check your work!!

Food was nice and hot. Someone actually brought me my food which was way unexpected because honestly I was tired that day. Work got to me, the kids worked me and the wife just got on my nerves that day I needed 15 mins of me time that day. Atmosphere was cool. It's just a regular Taco Bell not a club. Place was very clean, they were actually cleaning while I was there. Feel good about eating there again.

I would like to bring to your attention that it took approximately 6 minutes to receive my coffee earlier today. Unfortunately, during this time, I encountered a problem as the coffee machine was not functioning properly. Additionally, I noticed that two of your employees seemed to be under the influence of substances, which may affect their performance. Lastly, I observed a that the establishment was not as clean as I expected, with several tables being dirty. Please note that vapes were being used in the vicinity of food preparation. They were finally dropping and spilling food. Next time, I shall withhold my kindness, dear young souls, For you, in truth, seek no confrontation with the fiery depths within, As a concealed weapon rests against my waist,I patiently await the moment to seize you, free from duty's grasp.
