Every time I’m sure I’ve ordered at the worst location in the country I find another one that’s worse. Didn’t give me half my order and then the store manager literally told me that I should talk to the General Manager about it instead of them fixing it. Almost certainly the dumbest response I have ever received….🥸

Every time I visit this location the average wait time is about 10 minutes. My last visit here I waited for over 20 minutes. Management needs to either hire more staff or otherwise do better job managing because waiting this long at any fast like this is unacceptable.

I can't believe my experience was so bad that I'm actually motivated to write this review. Food was not good, not warm, and not what I ordered (I was given the wrong order twice before getting my actual order). I had the same meal from a location a few miles away earlier this week and it was hot and delicious. This was terrible. I guess at least I saved half the calories. Literally and of the other 4 locations withing a couple miles are better.

Came in for lunch today and tried to order food for me and my son. There was a girl at the register counting money so I decided to wait for her to finish but after 5 mins without being acknowledge I finally asked if I could order. She said hold on let me finish counting. She finally went to get someone else to take my order which she could have done from the beginning. She was the worst. Thankfully the gentlemen that took my order was helpful and quick. Brings new meaning to "it's hard to find good help these days".

I was literally at the worst taco bell in history ,guetto and literraly hate their job ,this is not a taco bell run by a corporate its run by inmates , i ask for a #8 from taco bell and they got upset and took my kfc order trow it away and didnt want to sell me taco bell ,also didnt return my money and didnt gave me a receipt ,plus thereaded me of fightinhg or killing me i have a video and recording from taco bell phone , you know you courl record now !! You getting fire

Part of the order was missing, ordered 2 cantina boxes and a chicken little. I'm missing the chicken little. This is the 3rd time this location is not giving me my complete order. The only reason I stop is because it's on my way home.
