There was a cook working there tonight blonde hair sort of mid length and he was super kind and great personality. He brought out our food and was so energetic and happy even at 10 pm. He made waiting for the food worth it. Definitely deserves acknowledgment. Aug 29th,2025 10 pm

This location has a guy named Jake working at the front counter. It's probably the best choice they could make. Jake was wonderfully happy, helpful and approachable. I literally want to come back here now just because of his great persona and customer service skills. Great job, Jake! Customer service matters.

The staff is always friendly. I tried the new one on Gunn, and staff was just rude. I won't go back and drive out of the way to go to this location. For fast food, it is a 5 due to staff and food is consistent.

This is apparently a supreme soft taco. Horrible. This food was so gross that I fed it to my cat instead. Taco Bell lost 2 customers for life.
Every time I’m sure I’ve ordered at the worst location in the country I find another one that’s worse. Didn’t give me half my order and then the store manager literally told me that I should talk to the General Manager about it instead of them fixing it. Almost certainly the dumbest response I have ever received….🥸

Every time I visit this location the average wait time is about 10 minutes. My last visit here I waited for over 20 minutes. Management needs to either hire more staff or otherwise do better job managing because waiting this long at any fast like this is unacceptable.

I can't believe my experience was so bad that I'm actually motivated to write this review. Food was not good, not warm, and not what I ordered (I was given the wrong order twice before getting my actual order). I had the same meal from a location a few miles away earlier this week and it was hot and delicious. This was terrible. I guess at least I saved half the calories. Literally and of the other 4 locations withing a couple miles are better.
