Absolute worst drive through experience ive ever had. Lady taking the orders was on her phone the entire time paying no attention to the window while we were trying to get her attention. Waited almost thirty minutes for two crunchy tacos. No one else was in line so I’m not sure what took so long but I will definitely just be going to McDonald’s next time

Never had such a long wait for food. Would have left if we hadn’t paid. Why is everything locked and staff is sitting inside texting and pre closing 3 hours before actual closing.

Long wait for food then Uber delivery didn’t bring all the food .. manager says it was given to driver but who knows. Spent over a hundred dollars.. odd that the food was delivered in a KFC bag.also.Now I am afraid the food I did get will be contaminated. I will not ever order from this Taco Bell again and Uber delivery drivers suck. Sorry not sorry.

Weren't able to get my order even remotely right. They forgot the dipping sauces for my grilled cheese shredded beef dipping taco, barely put any beef in there, skimped on the cheese, and didn't grill it. Basically I ended up with a hard shell and three tablespoons of meat with a couple of shreds of cheese. This is what I get for trying to Live Mas.

Hard Taco was cold, Quesadilla was also cold, and the cheese was not melted, seemed as though the entire meal was not heated up. Will not go here again. #
The grilled cheese borito is probably the most American thing I've ever seen in any menu. It slaps. It's gas. It's absolutely amazing. Please keep it on the menu!

This place literally always closes early, they need to update their Google hours and the employees need to do their jobs. Honestly I'm not one to complain but this is ridiculous, they close like an hour early every time I'm trying to go here at night

We went through drive thru and the manager Tomas rushed us while we were ordering he was very rude. After everything we said he kept what else can I get for you. My boyfriend said man chill it’s 10 cars behind you please don’t rush us. Tomas said he didn’t know what we’re saying and that he’s just waiting for us to order. We got to the window and he didn’t greet us and we ask for mild sauce and he shoved it at us then slammed his window on us. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I know how this works being that I was a manger for 20 years in fast food and I know it’s hard to find people these days. I just wanted hire up management to know what you have representing your company. I don’t need anything free or to be compensated I just think even mangers should be dealt with when they are rude to customers because it messing up the brand/business.
