I went and ordered three maximelt with no fiesta sauce and a 10 pack of chicken nuggets that were from Taco Bell‘s Taco Bell nuggets. I get in the car I open up the pack and it’s a five pack I turn around and I go in and the manager is there and he has a short guy who has a bad attitude Number one he was claiming that I was intentionally forgetting my receipt which they never gave it to me .
Number two he was acting like I was trying to steal food when I asked for a 10 pack and they gave me a five pack. He was loud and he blamed me for their mistakes if you keep having managers like this, how do you stay in business?
Lunch. Long drive up line. Not moving. Lobby closed, Covid?

As every negative review has stated, our delivery driver mentioned having the same issue. Regional or Corporate should be called on this location. Just look at the video of them giving someone the bird. What a mess!!

Naanaa, Jason, Jaidah are excellent with taking orders and providing supreme customer service. Out of all the taco bells I've been to this one is the best well kept. The lobby stays clean and soda machines are clear. The mountain dew actually tastes like mountain dew instead of flat ginger ale. I've been to just about every taco bell since 2008 in the 5 county area and all of them have had the same issues. This one actually cares about their business and their customers experience. People need to know about this location and more franchises need to follow this location's business acumen. The management is also something to be brought into positive light as it's spot on
