It was me and my girlfriend's first time trying a Taco Bell, we didn't have any trouble with the food, also the drinks were awesome! Only thing is the employees were not really helpful.

I could not believe that none of the employees could take my order!! I had to do it in their iPad. And there was no person ordering. It was completely empty place and they refused to take my order. What's going on with the customer service these days!! Where are we heading with this lazy generation!?!?! Never coming back.

Be careful using your card at this location, as they have low-life scum working in the drive-thru. I went through the drive-thru on Friday, 2/7, and today I received a text from my bank about fraud. They spent over $400 of my hard-earned money.

I don’t know if this place is under new management… but I used to go sometimes before work when I needed something in a pinch. Over the last 2 months I have gone 2x. The first time I got a Crunchwrap with literally no meat. Just lettuce and beans. It’s 10 min from my house and I didn’t feel like going back. Today I went back thinking maybe it was a fluke. I got 3 crunchwraps for me and my wife. Two out of the three had ZERO meat. Just a vegetarian Crunchwrap. I have not been eating fast food lately but I guess this is a sign. I am never going back to this place again. What a joke!

I left… The white lady (believe was management) there tonight was rude. I understand you’re busy but don’t waste ppls time and then be semi rude about it. Maybe she needed a cigarette because she went outside to smoke right after that.The young black girl was nice.

We flew into Tampa on a late night/ early AM flight and wanted something to eat after we landed at TPA at 0130 Sunday morning. The service was quick and efficient, and the food tasted fresh and hot. Our order was handed to us 100% correct the first time with a pleasant attitude. Thank you to the Taco Bell team for making our long day end a little better. :)
