It’s Taco Bell food was great but the Baja blast was half water and I waited on a line for almost an hour in front of six cars I only waited on the line because I got stuck in between all the cars behind me. It shouldn’t take an hour to serve six people.

Worst Taco Bell to go to.
They hire employees that dont want to do their job. Have an attitude when you tell them they messed up. Terrible customer service. I told them 3 times no 3 cheese on my burrito! Received my order with missing items and 3 cheese on my burrito.
This is not the first time Ive been to this location and my order has been incorrect.

I’m not even mad that my whole order was wrong, I’m rather upset that I won’t be able to eat here during my lunch breaks anymore. The employees here don’t put in any effort, and it shows big.
I picked up an online order via drive-thru and noticed they forgot the sauce I asked for. No big deal so I went inside and grabbed it myself. Then I got back to my car and realized they didn’t include the supreme taco I paid extra for (just gave me the regular). So I went back in again to ask for it.
Finally, I sit down to eat and find out the quesadilla I ordered is missing the additions I paid extra for too. At that point, I didn’t even bother going back in. I was on my lunch break, short on time, and honestly didn’t feel like telling the employees how to do something so simple, again.
It wasn’t busy, and I was the only customer there so there’s really no excuse. It just felt like no one cared enough to read the order properly. This “fast” food experience was anything but fast, and sadly I won’t be returning.
