It's fast food. This specific location is hit or miss. It's been recently going up hill from prior for sure but honestly it's been drastically improving since 3 years ago ish. Spots gotta cool lady that works at the window now and she's chill .

Stop at this location about 1 - 2 times a week on my way home if I had to work late between 7pm - 9 pm. Food is great, order correct and friendly staff at the window. Highly visible location in a decent area. McDonald's is also right next door if you have passengers that want different fast food options.

By far the worst taco bell I have ever had! Taco shells were stale, like week old stale, meat was cold, burrito supreme had nothing but beans which tasted burnt. And this is not the first time I tried this location! Totally awful and a waste of money. My food was inedible.

man I normally don't leave detailed reviews on fast food but as you can see from the pictures... this taco bell was banging, everything made to perfection.. and they were very nice, and man a fry burrito, I suggest for all of my nacho fry lovers.
There just ain’t no way I’m paying $4 for some fries and this is all I’m getting

Ordered online 20 minutes ahead of time to be ready when I arrived there and it was not ready. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get it ready and one of the kitchen staff got really a verbally aggressive with me when asking when it would be ready. There were no other people in side eating and there was no real reason for the delay at all. So the food wasn't ready and then the staff were very unpleasant about their mistake. I can't imagine what this would be like when it's busy or any other time. Even if you really love Taco bell, I do not recommend anyone to go to this location.

I pulled up to order yesterday at around 10:30 pm I said hello into the intercom. The drive through worker (female) told me order whenever I was ready. I took a moment to look and said “Hello” she said in a nasty tone “I said order whenever you’re ready!” I was very taken aback because I was just trying to get her attention. Another worker (male) came over the intercom to take my order. Not sure why she had such a nasty attitude.

Put an online order for 6 bean burritos. Came to pick it up in store workers where I rate and rude. told us we had to wait because there was only 2 of them. When we first got there , there was a bag sitting up on the ledge of Their station. we watch multiple people, not get their food .One person had to get a refund cause they weren't waiting anymore. No. One ever asked if we needed help. they've remade the food very unhappily. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell.

The place smells horrible, like backed up sewer. The people don't care about service and make the worst food. I ordered a crunch wrap and got only lettuce on it. The little meat was all on one corner of the wrap. I will never go back.
