Yesterday I went through the drive through to pick up some food. As I was pulling out of the drive through and into the road, two workers came RUNNING out of the restaurant. They flagged me down, and let me know they had forgotten to give me my pinto beans.
First, I have never been stopped by any fast food restaurant employee because they forgot to give me something. Most importantly these workers didn’t know that I’m pregnant and these pinto beans are one of the few things I can eat right. Thank you :).

Terrible customer service from managers Tasha and stephanie and other employees at this location.
Tonight went to Taco Bell with three others. They ordered at the counter from an employee (who appeared somewhat inattentive) while I used the kiosk. They received and enjoyed their meals, yet I still waited for mine. I went up the counter, and I waited an additional five minutes before an employee inquired about my order. It seemed my order had been prepared but subsequently misplaced. However, I did receive an extra burrito as compensation.

Yo don’t go to this Taco Bell, I’m telling you none of these people want to do their job. Arianna was the cashier, I told her to give me a second because I was trying to see what me and my sister wanted to order, the whole time she was trying to rush me, making loud sighs asking over & over again am I ready she wouldn’t let me look. We ordered and she had a whole attitude lol like why do you hate the job you applied for? My sister got a chicken quesadilla, because Arianna was rushing us. I work at Cooper’s hawk, the quesadilla was mostly cheese and no chicken. Definitely can tell it was over portioned. We came in tried to ask the manager she took a long time even getting to us, making orders with over greasy gloves. She comes up and I tell her I didn’t like the quesadilla she asked what’s wrong with it and I told her, then I asked for a the beef cheese gorita, with an attitude she said was that has cheese on it too, I know whats on it, they talk to you like your dumb. The hidden animosity is absolutely crazy. Arianna and Jennifer’s old behind need mental checks not to be in front of customers with poor customer service. Simple.

Here’s the cheese. Just wish there were some chips to go with it. We haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in a couple years due to just plain bad experiences. But we thought it would be different. Not! Oh, and my wife found a potato in her taco. Maybe that’s what they do now. Like I said, it’s been a while since we have eaten there.
The meals are very poorly prepared, everything is of very poor quality.

Night experience is really bad, having to wait 20+ for only 1 order with 2 items it wild.. they didn’t even start til i got there after ordering online.. i could understand being tired but even McDonald’s across the street was a walk in and walk out.. i took more time to get to the Taco Bell and they still took there time.. they seem like they are just super tired yall should probably stop being open so long..
