Shitty service, maps says it closes 2 am worker said the dining room closes at 8pm and was really rude basically turning us away, I don't recommend coming to this one, probably has shitty food as well. Basically they didn't want people in the dining room

Ms.Garlene was rude and aggressive upon ordering and even more rude when giving us our food. She rushed us, slammed the window on us, and was physically aggressive when giving us our food.

I paid for my food and the staff left the restaurant. At 12 midnight.
Also the staff was extremely rude at the drive thru, I should have known that was a sign something was about to go down. If you really want Taco Bell, there’s another location 2 mins from this one please go there and save yourself the trouble

DIAMOND IS OK WITH GIVING HER NUMBER OUT TO DIFFERENT MEN THAT VISIT THIS TACO BELL SHE IS SELLING MORE THAN TACOS THROUGH THIS LOCATION.
Today at 2:20 pm the manger was standing in the widow need to be fired did not hand me my sauce had a problem with my soft taco and still they put lettuce on my food and I said no lettuce she look like she stealing telling me I can leave off 4$off my card and I gave u a 20$bill u never cash me out so I know she stole the money instead of giving it to Taco Bell she took it for herself dec 28 2024

What an unpleasant experience I had today! 😔 I went to a self-service 🚗 and the girl who served me was very rude. Even though I treated her with courtesy and respect, her attitude was unacceptable. It really disheartened me 👎🏼 to receive such bad service. I don't think I'll go back to that place. #BadService #

BEST Taco Bell food and experience I’ve EVER had! The dining area was SPOTLESS! An employee noticed our order looked odd and double checked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our food was PERFECTLY crisp and fresh. Seriously, Taco Bell big wigs should use this location as a model training facility.

The young lady Micheia, at the window is very rude. Ordered a 12pk of soft tacos & a fiesta potatoes. Almost 30bucks. It took extensive wait to get wet tacos with barely cheese on them. They didn't meet Taco Bell standard or customer satisfaction at all. I asked for a fork & mild sauce. The girl snaps at me it's in the box while shrugging her are to point at box but then hands me a fork. I couldn't reach because I'm handicap left handed. I said I'm not left handed & she gives me a dirty look. As I'm getting ready to go she tells other staff I was rude. Her attitude is by no means professional or polite. Service here is not up to standard. Too many people need a job to have to deal with someone like her. Micheia will be the reason i am not returning as a regular. She needs some coaching & someone supervising her. No one should feel it's a problem to ask for something she missed accident or not. There was no fork. I don't want to eat with my hands cheesy potatoe. Not to mention all the different sauces were not needed such a waste. Just mild. She's not good for customers or the business. Cost the company money. Hopefully you replace her. Food should always be up to taco bell standard not soaking wet.

I had to delete my 4 star rating and replace it with a 1 star. I have been to this location more times than i can count. On this day however after visiting today it will be my last time. I drove into the drive thru to order the 3 taco combo. The man at the window said we don't have any ground beef. So I had to choose steak or chicken. This wasn't the problem, the problem was the man taking the order and the way he was handling me. His customer service was horrible. I asked him: Do I have to pay a upcharge when I'm having to compromise my order? He responds with an attitude: Well you don't have to order it if you don't want it. I said well thats what im going to do (not order it) and I drove off. I don't buy food from places that have unprofessional workers. I will never give him the chance to spit in my food. He had a attitude for no reason. I will spend my hard earned money at a place that appreciates my business. Your employees can talk strong, be unkind and unprofessional to somebody else, because you won't be able to talk to me like that again!

Your terrible attitudes are the reason you're stuck in a dead end job. lol I'll gladly go elsewhere since I can't review the menu because you'd rather watch the police harass a homeless man while rushing me to order. Hope you aren't ever as down on your luck as he was 👍🏽

Knock it down
Depends on what time you go whether or not you get hot food or cold. Also the same applies as to whether you get good service or not. But I don't frequent there enough to say when that is. So what I am saying is that it's 50/50 whether or not you will be satisfied here.
