The manager at e Fowler location has not registered my card for my pay in a week and went in to try to fix it and she ignored me and started yelling at me so they don't pay me then they ignore me and treat my family like that. Who do I contact.

Usually I'm not one to complain but this is a rare exception. I had went in yesterday to enjoy a chicken continent taco, an interesting series of events transpired. The you lightskin woman was very helpful, but the cooks in the back were a different story. When I ordered my taco I specified no cheese and a young hispanic male and myself enjoyed a few laughs since he likes cheese and I don't (he gave a bit of an attitude but I brushed it off as he may have been having a bad day). What struck me however was the fact that when I got my taco the sauce was sloppily smeared on the outside of the shell and only one piece of chicken was on my taco. When I go back to address the issue, the young hispanic male had saw me, made eye contact, and turned around and walked away as to not be confronted about the issue. The young lightskin woman came up to the counter and when I explained the issue she promptly went to the back to get the issue rectified, I then hear the cooks in the back laughing about me getting my taco skimped out on with the meat and when the same young woman came back with the taco, she apologized on behalf of the staff and gave me my food. There was just barely any meat added (it went from one piece of chicken to four pieces, and the outside of the shell was still smeared with sauce, barely any inside). At this point I just ate it since I was worried that if I went back to get it fixed again the cooks in the back would've probably given an attitude and tamper with my food. This is not the tacobell experience I'm used to and I was honestly appalled. The only reason I rate the service at two stars is because of the young woman giving me good service. Otherwise everything would get one star

If correcting the employees is being a bad general manager, then it is good that they fired Valerie but it was an injustice what they did with her. Valerie is the best manager I have ever met, very kind. If the coach manager reads this, some of the employees did not like her because they did not They were allowed to smoke or do inappropriate things in the premises, for example, things that do not have to happen in a restaurant, justice for Valerie.

Everytime I order thru uber they never give the sauces I pay extra for. How hard is it to put a damn sauce in the bag? I've worked in restaurants so I get it but this is just sad. Everytime without fail they never put the sauces in the bag. Why pay extra for something I don't even receive?

Others may have come at a different time than I and maybe had a different experience. Every time I have come to this place I have found it to be spotlessly clean. I have found the staff to be very courteous and my food served very quickly. Don't know about the women's room but I can tell you that the men's room was absolutely clean as could be. Very happy to give this place a five-star review. For a limited time they had this steak burrito. Check it out! The cheese and bacon are oozing out of this bad boy :-)
