I used to love this place. I think they changed cooks about 1 maybe 2 months ago. I have ordered from them 3 more times since hoping it wad just his day off. But no, they don't have the same quality, the same serving size.
Real shame this was my favorite spot.

Hung up on me mid order, and the other calls i’d make would ring once then go to voicemail. BUT went through when I called from a different number… they told me they didn’t have gorditas, which is on the menu. and I was told 20 minutes for 2 tacos and a tamale before being hung up on again.

Tell me where can you find a spot that sell street tacos “ 24 HOURS “ !!!! Yeah, I said it. 24 HOURS!!! This spot is always clutch and food is always fresh. They always got the vibes going on when coming to their location. Got the music vibin’ and all. Pull up and catch a vibe with some good eats.

Service is crap but the food is good no salsa how do you have tacos and no salsa

I have tried a lot of tacos around tampa, and this had to be the absolutely worst taco I have had. I had a steak taco, and none of the steak tacos had any flavor...NUN. the red hot sauce that they gave was delicious though. They need to season their meat. 4 steak 3 chicken and both was nasty. Cost too much to be nasty

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed over something so simple
I came to Tacos El Flako expecting great service with my meal, but was really disappointed when I asked for a simple cup of ice and was told I had to pay for it. Seriously? The old lady was so rude and nasty with it won’t be back sad all for a cup of ice that could have just been given. Sad money hungry

after 15 hours I finally got my food. Just 10 more min 10 more min 10 more min. On a Monday?!?! Get it together, hire more people or just figure it out. Literally watched business walk away because you were taking so long. Half filled Birria cup too

The food is good but recently the service has became terrible. Last time i was there I was told they had something that they didn't have and the lady (a rude lady) gave me a refund in cash but it wasn't a full refund. Used to recommend in the past but I no longer will.
