I always look forward to going to TacoSon. No matter what you order, the food is outstanding. The tamales are fantastic, the burritos huge but still flavorful and they even have great veggie options for the no meat crowd. The patio areas are really pretty with those older established plants and landscaping. This place is a real gem.

So the food here is solid i was very tempted to give it 4 stars because of one small thing... for me green sauce or salsa Verde is very important when I eat tacos and the green sauce here is absolutely aweful its actually black in color and tastes bitter.... other than the green sauce I would say one of the better spots for mexican out of the 20+ places ive tried in the tampa area

The tacos were so goooood.
I tried the veg taco with beans, and my husband tried a chicken taco. All he said was this place is going to be our go-to taco place from now 😁

Also we tried corn tamale for first time, it tasted different, good different. I would say it is a must try.

TacoSon lived up to the reputation for great, authentic Mexican food! The dining area is simple but comfortable and the service was friendly, but mostly behind the counter. I tried their homemade hot sauces, which are very good.

This is THE BEST PLACE IN TEMPLE TERRACE!!
Such great food and the service is always spot on! The owner is so kind as well! We can always rely on the food being the same and yummy!! Mexican at its finest!! Love love love the beans and rice!! Thank you so much!!??????

Definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants in the area. Good prices, good quality food. Would not recommend the nachos, they were very soggy. They Barbacoa beef was spectacular, the beans could’ve been better, great tortillas though.
