I never had pollo con tajada before, and I thought it was great. Lots of yummy cabbage and other toppings. I don't think there is a place to sit here, so it is basically take out orders. Something else that I really like is that they open at 10AM. Lots of food trucks don't open until 11 or 12 which can be kind of late for some people. I think Spanish is the preferred language for ordering, but they'll work with you. Quite the menu of items to choose from, so I will definitely be back for round 2.
