I had the Asada Quesadilla and it was pretty great. Eating next to a highway out in the open was a nice experience as well (not sarcastic). Not too many seats available but you can order for takeout. It seemed the salespeople only speak Spanish (they some understand English at least) which wasn't an issue for me and what little Spanish I do know.
The tacos are good, but the orders have to be verified because when they don't have any material they don't tell you until the last thing they serve you and anyway they charge you the same because they charge at the beginning. And to top it off, they don't care what the client thinks.
You can sit under a tent here, or park and eat in your car. Real deal authentic Mexican at amazing prices. Feels like I'm back in the market streets of mexico city and its countryside. It is a high traffic area for those sensitive to noise, but the breeze under the tent and the food is goodness. 3 tables open under the tent. After 5 weeks in tampa it's the best Mexican taco restaurant I've had in a while.
