Go with plenty of time. Customer in front of me decided to buy an enormous amount of huge bags of tea varieties and we waited for more than 20 minutes to get just one iced tea. Worker didn’t really seem to care and just continued chatting with this customer like if no one was waiting to get served. This was Saturday June 21st at aprox 12:15 pm. Iced tea I got was tasteless and at 7 bucks it’s basically water with a hint of tea.

It should be a 5 rating but it's just a little expensive. The workers here are always so kind and patient. They will let you smell every tea. The workers are so knowledgeable. The store is so cute with little things to buy as well. Loved the experience and you can mix teas. There's no place like it and if you can, I suggest coming to this location instead of Oxford.

Ashley was awesome and such a great help on giving suggestions and making me a new tea to try. The earl grey crème is the best and what I usually get but I tried a chocolate raspberry tea as well as took home a blackberry jasmine which had such a unique smell. I love this tea company definitely worth a try!
