just got home from having a wonderful meal at roadhouse. the meal was fantastic at an incredible price. the place was so busy. sunday at 5.30. but the service was exceptional. the server treated us like we were the only table there. there were 6 of us. we all took food home. we can not say enough about our positive experience. will def be back.👍

We had Texas Roadhouse cater our employee night this evening, and everything was perfect! All the steaks were cooked perfect and they individually portioned each meal for us to make it easier. Their staff always has a great attitude! Thank you!

Was immediately greeted and was sat with the influx of patrons at 5p. Service was extremely slow and they completely skipped the table behind us for 20minutes. Food was hot and delicious, cooked to perfection. Attempted to pay on the kiosk to save time but unfortunately the “Pay Now” option was greyed out. Seemed overwhelmed. While we were sat quickly, we waited over 15min for the check
(I had so much time to wait, I’m typing this while still at the restaurant)

Last night 10/21/2035 my family and I dined in and we ordered quite a bit of a food, we got our 2 appetizers and finished them by that time a family member noticed that there where live bugs crawling around our table. We notified a staff member near by and soon the manager came and had the whole table cleaned and gave us new drinks and cutlery, we had no problem there so we decided to stay. Then our food came out we were a bit on edge because we now didn’t know if we would find more bugs but we got the food just to get wrong sides with one of our meals ordered, then we started to eat once the sides were fixed and then one person at our table was getting full and asked for a to go box and as they finished putting their food in the box they noticed more bugs on our table and on their plate that just had their food on it. At this point we just wanted to leave and one family member went get the manager again and this time he was EXTREMELY dismissive and just walked away, didn’t say anything other than okay. We politely asked the our waitress Gia if the manager would be giving any sort of discount and she said that she would talk to him, came back and said that the the manager would give us 20% off, we said okay and thought that was the end of a pretty rough dinner experience but no. We gave our waitress a $38 tip and payed after the price was adjusted. We then got the itemized receipt of the meal just for the manager to only have given us 10% instead of the 20% promised. We always love coming to Texas Roadhouse but after this whole experience we won’t be back.

This is the benchmark all steakhosues strive to beat. This chain does roadhouse steakhouse how roadhouse steakhouse should be done. From the peanuts and music playing to the seating and food.

As for the food. The steaks are decent quality and yours can pick your own. Opt for the ribeye in my opinion. It's a solid average steak in quality and flavor.

The sides are all just standard. Nothing will wow you. Nothing will disappoint you. It's just consistent average quality.

Tator skins are okay if you get a side of chili and jalapenos with a dose of tabasco to top them off. The chili itself is not one I care for much as it's bland and full of beans, but dropping in jalapenos and tabasco with black pepper helps.

Other selections from ribs to chicken also are the standard that all others must strive to beat since it is all what defines what an average steakhouse must be.

If you seek a decent steakhouse that is consistent and won't disappoint (although it also won't 'wow' you), you can always know what to expect at any of their locations nationwide.

Oh. And always remember. Say hello to Andy Armadillo.

We came in for my daughter’s birthday today. Shelby took care of our family and just went above and beyond to make our experience great. By the time we left it’s like we made a new friend who served us up a great time and a great meal!

I love love this location the steak is so flavorful the service is pretty good for how busy they get but I have to say their Mac and cheese needs saving!!! (Texas Roadhouse in general) It has no Flavor in my opinion is worst than a box of off brand Mac and cheese.
