I love an arcade game/bar for adults, especially of the arcade games consist of pin ball machine and classic Atari games. I don't like those "all in one" console game units where you scroll through a menu to select the game you want. No Bueno!

This restaurant is a classic. They've been in business for a long time. Between 4:00 - 6:00 the appetizers are half price. I would consider this a causal place and good for groups. Good prices and good food. A lot of appetizers on the menu.

It took a little while to be seated, even though there was hardly anyone inside. It took a while for food to come out once it was ordered. The waitress was nice but hardly came around. We were here for almost 2 hours before our food even came. I would recommend choosing somewhere else.

Well he was extremely polite but my food was kind of cold especially my fries and my ribs didn't have enough sauce. I kinda also think they forgot about us because someone else asked if we were waiting for are check. The place was not busy at the time. I honestly expected better service. Also its 50 degrees outside and the a.c is on. I do recommend the onion rings though they were fresh.

The quality of the food was good. Enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. Our waitress was great (can't remember her name). The restaurant was very clean & smelled good. The bathrooms I was shocked were very clean. There are some restaurants that I've been to that when you walk in the front door you can smell odors. I will not eat at a restaurant that has odors of mildew that could be a sanitation issue! This store was a 5 star.

We got here at 7:45pm and didn't get our drinks or appetizers until 8:37pm. The waitress was trying the best she could with a large party group, another table and mine and no one helping her. Manager said they don't even prep their silverware so we didn't have silverware when they brought out the appetizers. I ordered my burger well done with NO pink and it came out medium.

It took about 40 mins for the food to come. My kids fries were cold. It was NOT very busy. We also weren't the only customers having customer service issues. We saw two tables of people who came in after us & get their food before we did. My order was wrong and the potatoe skins were very stuff definitely not worth the price. Our waitress did not ask us if we needed anything much less ask about the food which I had to bring to her attention my wings were the wrong flavor & I was missing an item. Once I brought it to her attention she did bring the correct items but never asked if we needed anything refills, condiments, silverware nothing or even dessert. We had been there so long our 2 & 3 year old were very restless we just paid & left.

The food I had was very good, the whiskey burger is great. I had very good service too, i think Megan was her name. She recommended us great things, refilled our dinks often, and was very friendly.

We were not able to be served due to a conflict in the managers not scheduling any staff and a party of 40 people were soon to arrive. The waitress that delivered the news was very kind and very apologetic. So we went to Miller's just 2 minutes away and it was MAGNIFICENT!!!

The food, when it finally came, was fine. Getting seated and waited on was a struggle. The staff were friendly enough, but speed is not a quality they embrace. The drinks were about 2/3rd full. I was underwhelmed.

This has. Been one of THE worst experiences I've ever had, not just at a TGI Fridays, bit in a restaurant PERIOD. We walked into an empty restaurant where maybe 5 other parties were seated. We waited a good 5-7 minutes before being seated by what I assume was the hostess who then led us to a table by the bar. We were not able to sit immediately as she had to wipe off the table. Fine. From here, we ordered one water while we looked at the menu. 10 minutes later, another waiter observed my dissatisfaction and asked if we were being taken care of when I advised that we were waiting on that one water and to order our meal. We ordered two appetizers. 10 minutes later we were informed that they were out of one, the nachos. We placed our order at 6:06pm and we are still waiting on our meal (it's now 6:30). Oh. We haven't seen our waitress since telling us the nachos were unavailable.

Normally I love TGI Fridays, but this visit tonight was horrible. No drink refills, bbq instead of whiskey sauce, medium well steak cooked medium rare, etc. Couldn't complain because no one came by after delivering the food. No wonder the place was empty.
