I love to go to local restaurants and I had seen it before but they don't open until 4:30, but I waited and decided to go especially since my sinuses were building up from allergies and spicy can clear your sinuses. I'm diabetic so I first asked for the salad, I didn't realize it had noodles and I asked the waitress what was spicy and she said you can make anything spicy and it was delicious, not as many veggies as I would have liked but tasted great. I went back the next day and ordered it again especially since I could tell a big difference in my sinuses, I orded medium spicy yum something soon salad underneath the yum tofu salad on the menu. It has chicken The next night I loved the food so much I went back again, but this time I wanted veggies and chicken and shrimp. I asked the waitress what had the most vegetables and she said the mixed vegetables, I ordered it medium spicy and it was delicious. I asked for no rice since I am diabetic and rice is a carb. I try to eat till I am eighty percent full like a Japanese doctor who still practiced medicine till 105 said, and I was eighty percent full after eating which lets your body digest better. I asked the waitress and she said that they don't get much business. I think they should, they taste great, have comfortable booths and chairs. The bathroom wasn't great but it was still pretty good, it didn't look like a gas station bathroom like some places do and they had a man and woman bathroom separate. I think they don't get much business because there were no shops near by, I know I tend to go places where I can eat and then go shopping after, Publix isn't too far away, but you would have get in your car or in my case on my non electric scooter to get there. There's a fitness place near by and other restaurants too. I know my friends went to one place and I walked and got Denny's next door while they got greasy food. There's no Denny's there, but you can get take out from multiple places while in one shopping center, two pizza places, one crab and I saw a cake place. There were a few other places near by, I think haircut place, but nothing that interested me

Thai Ruby is by far the BEST Thai restaurant I’ve EVER been to and as a world traveler I’ve been to MANY!!! They are not only consistent I can tell without a doubt there is a 5 star chef in the back mixing things up because I can not only taste the complex ingredients that are in Thai food made properly but also their presentation!! No boxed imports here!! 👍👍👍👍 Don’t sleep on this hidden gem!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍😍

Great place definitely inviting and affordable, the food is delicious and proportion sizes are generous lots of selection easy first timer that I feel is a must go and I will definitely be back won me over as a favorite place you wont be disappointed
