Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters- Ybor City Cafe - Coffee Shop

I have been looking for a homey feel type of coffee shop that I could enjoy a drink with delicious sideorder. I have to say that nestled right in the middle of busy Ybor I didn't think that I would find this cozy place. Only item to maybe change next time is the matcha/coconut drink as it felt a bit watery to me, but it might be because of the coconut part although it is only syrup and the milk chosen for it was oat. Will definitely give this place a second chance and try something different. Update: This place has become my little peace away from the craziness of every day to dedicate time for me to decompress and work on to-do items on my tablet. I have learned that trusting the amazing staff by just telling them what flavors or food I am in the mood for works wonders. So far, not once have I been disappointed in what they create with my cravings.

Perfect spot for an early morning meeting. My client was running late. I ordered the breakfast tacos. They came out so quick and they were absolutely DELICIOUS! I will definitely make this place a habit!

My husband and I came in for a quick breakfast to go and some coffee. I ordered the breakfast tacos he ordered a açaí bowl and we got a pastry. It was taking forever and there was nobody there so I assumed it was my tacos. We finally get our order and head to the truck. I open the bag it’s the bowl and pastry. I’m 8 months pregnant and was starving so I went back in there and said I never got my tacos. He looks it up and is like oops I never put the tacos in. It was literally the first thing I ordered even before the drinks. They didn’t even care. Didn’t have time to wait for another order so left.

It was ok coffee. Staff were friendly and it looks like a nice place to sit in side but I had to get going so I took my coffee to go and it was fine. Not great but not bad. I had higher expectations for five bucks a coffee it should be enjoyable but it wasn’t.

came in with friends on a sunday afternoon for a more chill vibe in ybor. got a yummy blueberry pomegranate green tea. space was nice and big and cool. kind cashier and quick service! i like the new location :)

Blind tiger is my favorite coffee -- just period. I have it at least once a week. The bon bon is my go to sweet option ❤️

Hands down the best guava pastry. I've been all around Ybor and 10 mile radius, and this pastry is perfect. Coffee is good, but I go here mostly for the pastry.

Such a cute spot, the vegan chorizo was really good. I got the strawberry shortcake latte but the Thai tea has my heart forever. I’m not a big coffee fan
