Not only did the food take more than an hour to come, all the plates came at different moments… each one had to eat literally on different times… the fries were cold and on top of everything our waiter was very rude and impolite, he was placing the glasses on the table in a very aggressive manner…
My daughter’s food came and half of it fell and the waiter laughed so my daughter only got half a burger and cold fries, the fun part is the waiter intended to charge for it…
STAY AWAY from this place. Right in front there’s a pizza and burger place that looks at least cooler

My husband and I had one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had at this location on Sunday, May 25, 2025. From the moment we approached the host/server, I11yana G (Employee #542775), we were treated with visible irritation and impatience simply because my husband, who speaks limited English, did not immediately understand a basic seating question.

Rather than showing understanding or patience — especially in an international airport setting — the employee became increasingly cold and dismissive. She delayed taking our order, ignored us during our visit, and treated nearby customers with noticeably more friendliness and attention.

When I politely confronted her about the difference in treatment, she responded in an aggressive and defensive manner. There was no apology, only attitude. The experience was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and felt discriminatory.

As frequent travelers, we expect professionalism — especially in an establishment located in an international terminal. We left no tip and shared our feedback directly on the bill. I truly hope management addresses this behavior so that no other guests experience what we went through.

Definitely the worst experience I've had at a bar/restaurant in a long time. I'm not sure if the problem was the waitress or the bartender but they completely messed up our drink order and charged us double for it, without telling us this was going to be the case, and then the manager was completely unhelpful.

We had a disappointing experience with our server, Savonaye H. When we asked for recommendations, she responded dismissively and seemed uninterested in helping. I inquired about a salad, but did not order it yet it was brought to our table anyway. When I explained that I hadn’t ordered it, she insisted I had simply because I had asked if it was good. I ultimately ordered a quesadilla instead, and she said she would remove the salad, but then abruptly walked away and avoided our table for the rest of the meal. Unfortunately, this was the first time I’ve ever felt compelled not to leave a tip.

We were seated quickly and by a friendly person. The service was outstanding and the food was divine! We were a party of 5 and enjoyed ourselves while waiting for our flight.

I probably just ordered wrong. I can’t recommend the fried green tomato BLT or the Greek salad. The fried green tomato sandwich was almost all bread with one thinly sliced, overly fried tomato per half. I sent it back. Instead I ordered the Greek salad which is essentially baby kale and vinegar. Very disappointed in this restaurant. Will not return.
The server was incredibly gracious and helpful!

Horrible service...staff very inattentive & has an attitude. Takes forever for food and to pay out...cannot get anyone's attention to help bc they are busy gossiping on the side...ridiculous

If you’re pressed for time don’t bother
Service was attentive but slow
Bit overpriced of course @ airport
$17.49 for a 3 choice omelette that included a few lukewarm home fries $4 coffee
If your expecting a thick and fluffy omelette filled with your choices not happening minimal meat cheese and veggies somewhat bland
However
Options limited so was ok would return

My wife and I saw this restaurant and asked if we could have some cafe and work for a bit as we waited for our plane. We were told Starbucks would better suit us. I asked if it was because their coffee was bad. He said no, it was because they were a restaurant. I would have tipped the waiter the same as if I would have eaten breakfast and it was completely empty. Each establishment can make their own choices, though.

We had a marvelous dinner here waiting for our flight to Switzerland. This is one of the better airport restaurants I've experienced. Service was friendly and caring. We ordered their charcuterie board and it was marvelous. With a great presentation and fresh, creative ingredients, this meal was top shelf. Prices are to the high side, but not unexpected given its airport location and the quality of the food.
