Today,....at 1130am we had an Anniversary gathering for our CEO, President of 32 years. A party of 10, the service was amazing, the food was amazing, from the soups, salads, tuna, to the steaks, was amazing. The desert options were amazing. 1st time here, its Wednesday at the place was packed!!!! We had a private dining room, beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you to the Host and chefs at Capital Grille, take a bow!!!!!!

I heard great things about this restaurant and wanted to check it out. Booked reservations for my sisters birthday thinking it would be a great experience. When we got sat the table was not cleaned properly. My seat had bread crumbs on it the plates were dirty, and napkin had hair on it so we had our table remade and new dishes set. The server wasn’t the greatest not very friendly kept walking off and disappearing. Drank my drink ended up with someone’s else’s hair in there and the food runner stepped on my foot while it was under the table… this whole experience was just sad for my expectations. To pay 60+ per plate I expected so much more just as i do any other night i go out. My sister wasn’t even able to finish her food because she was so turned off by our experience.

My wife and I visited this restaurant tonight to celebrate our anniversary. The service was surprisingly poor. We were seated at a table that was wedged in by a door where they let cold air in throughout our meal. This door could have easily been closed given the weather. Our waiter was also very slow to get us drinks, and then they brought the appetizers and entrees back to back—even clearing the appetizers before we were done. The timing was all off, and the servers seemed like they were in a hurry to clear the table. Meanwhile, our waiter chatted it up with other tables, including one that allowed a toddler to run freely throughout the establishment where multiple tables were celebrating different events. It was incredibly disruptive and loud. We were very disappointed by the entire experience, and we will not be back. There are much better options nearby. Save your money and skip this place.

Last evening's dining experience at The Capital Grille was nothing short of exceptional. I hosted an important business dinner, and from start to finish everything was executed flawlessly. Last evening , as ususal, the service was outstanding—professional, attentive, and perfectly paced without being intrusive. The restaurant graciously accommodated my request for the quietest possible section and table, which created an ideal atmosphere for meaningful conversation. The cuisine was superb. We enjoyed beautifully prepared 8–10 oz Australian lobster tails, sautéed garlic spinach, parmesan fries, wild mushrooms, and concluded with an outstanding crème brûlée. Every dish was expertly prepared, elegantly presented, and absolutely delicious. My business guests from China were genuinely overwhelmed by the quality of the food, the refinement of the flavors, and the level of table service. The entire evening reflected the highest standard of fine dining and hospitality. The Capital Grille continues to set the bar for excellence. Highly recommended

I visited on a Saturday night and had the Caesar salad and ribeye. I've always though that the Capital Grille was consistently good. However, this time, at this location, it was very subpar.
For this kind of meal and what I'm spending, I expect perfect service. The service was far from perfect. Down one star. At a steakhouse, I expect my steak to be cooked perfectly, it wasn't - it was overdone. Down one star.
My biggest disappointment was the quality of the steak. I cook steaks at home and I expect pros to be better than me. This steak was overdone and chewy. There was no cap on the ribeye at all. I believe it was choice grade. If it was prime, then it was the worst prime I've ever had. Down one star.
So, you're paying a premium for a choice quality steak with substandard service. I'll prefer to look elsewhere or cook a steak myself.
To finish on a positive, the bar is nice. Good wine selection, affable bartenders.

I've had the sliced filet before, it it was nice and flavorful. This time it lacked in flavor, both the filet and the mushroom and onions. For the first time at Capital, I had to salt my dish. And that is simply not the same experience.

The atmosphere and service were great, and they really went out of their way to make the birthday extra special. Amber was our server and she was absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back.

5 stars isn't enough! This was hands down the best dining experience we've ever had. From the first bite to the last, everything was absolutely phenomenal. The lobster mac and cheese was unreal—rich, creamy, and loaded with lobster. The lobster risotto was just as impressive, perfectly cooked with incredible flavor in every bite. You can truly taste the quality and care put into every dish. Capital Grille exceeded all expectations and set the bar extremely high. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
