The Cracked Pepper Cafe

I asked for a breakfast burrito—they said they didn’t have them. I said okay, so then I just said I’ll take a Cuban with eggs on it. The lady said, “Sure, so you want the El Cubano?” and I said, “Yeah, that sounds good.” I pick up my food—no eggs. I call her back asking about the eggs, and she tells me the El Cubano doesn’t have eggs. What was the point… of even speaking words if she’s not going to listen.

Anyway, the Cracked Pepper Cafe makes awesome food and the staff members seem cool. Just a really, really annoying experience, but I can’t blame the girl—I had a first job once too. Definitely not the best hangover cure… but again, the food is killer, and the staff members are awesome. Their Cuban is fantastic, but I really wish they would make some breakfast burritos though.

They already have all the ingredients: chorizo, bacon, wraps, eggs, salsa—I mean it just seems like a natural step in the right direction.

Stopped here on a whim and it was super worth it! Very clean cafe, super friendly staff. And the FOOD was incredibly good and came out lightning fast. It was an off hour that we came here so it may be different at their busiest time, though definitely come here if you are passing by!

This cafe is the bomb diggity! Staff is awesome! They care and it shows! Amazing food, cheese grits are soooo creamy.

I had one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time! I ordered The Yardbird—it was absolutely out of this world. Everything on the menu is super customizable, which I really appreciated. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We opted to sit outside since it was a bit chilly inside, and the outdoor seating was perfect—comfortable and welcoming. Overall, a great spot with fantastic food and a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!
