This is a small restaurant which forms part of the Hillsborough Community College culinary and service schools. I had a great overall experience including both food and service. It is only open during specific times and you need to reserve well in advance as they have a limited number of tables.

STEM Transfer Center is the place where you can find anything from internships to transferring to an University. I truly recommend going to the Connection Center, if you are looking for info regarding college.In there you will find friendly and sociable people to talk to.

The gourmet room restaurant is student run and is a classroom for dietetic students and culinary students. It is professionally run and the food is country themed and definatly gourmet. Reservations are required. The restaurant is small and fill up quickly. Go to the college website for all updates information. I highly recommend coming here. Also please compliment the young chefs in training. They work hard.
