Always a great experience. Food always look amazing and its been great whenever ive ordered it. Their homemade granola bars are great with a latte and always get my morning off to a great start

You cannot go wrong with anything you get here and their cafe con leche is made perfectly. It’s in the cutest area in the heart of westchase and the service is great there.

Stopped here several times for breakfast and coffee. They do a good job with service and the food. One of the better breakfast places in the area

Ordered food on my lunch break so only had about 15-20 minutes to eat. Specifically asked for turkey sausage because I DO NOT eat pork as I got in my car and drove away noticed bacon melted in with the cheese all on top. And if it was bacon strips it would have been not so much of a big deal but they cut it up into tiny pieces so I wasn’t able to eat it unfortunately. Giving two stars because the lady on the phone was super apologetic!

Great coffee

Music was too loud and not the right pick at all for the theme. The food is just ok. The coffee and the service was good.

Upon entering the restaurant employees said if you don’t fit in the like please shut the door.Very bad service and food. The cashier got the table number wrong and we sat there for 30 minutes with no food when the rest of our party ate their food,then the eggs came out raw. Bad concept with no customer service model. My blt that promised bacon then add bacon came out with about 3 pcs of bacon bunched in the middle to look like a lot after it was cut and was all bread on the outside.
This will not last as a viable restaurant.

The Grind is my favorite place to get breakfast/brunch almost every weekend. The servers are great and the food is always fresh and amazing. It's so nice to have a local place to eat at (or pick up from) that consistently has great food and atmosphere. The BLT is my favorite and I recently tried the chipotle quesadilla which was amazing and might be my new favorite. Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly.

Half of my drink was just cream and when I asked for more coffee they said they will have to charge me extra for it. Every time I come here there is some kind of issue, weather it's them being rude, or my ONE drink taking over 20 minutes while people that were behind me in line continue to get their drinks and food. They are just very inattentive and not very friendly

This place is just average. Place was pretty dead and the coffee was okay. Put way too much creamer in one of our drinks. Wouldn't come back.

From the outside, it looks like a high-end brunch/breakfast place that is extremely busy, but soon after you realize it's not. The service felt rigid and impersonal. The community discount card only applies to lunch items, which is outside their core business. Requests for simple modifications were declined. Orange juice without ice is half glass. It was a transactional experience, lacking the warmth and accommodation, though the price was on the upper side. We did find the pumpkin french toast amazing and delicious, though the $14 price was quite hefty. Pancakes were dry. The only saving grace for service was when Allison noticed we barely touched our food and offered us another item on the house. Thank you, Allison.

Cute place! First time here and would definitely come back. I got a large iced coffee and it was the size of my head. Everyone was friendly and place was busy, employees seemed to know all the regulars which is nice. I like the little outside patio area they have to sit and drink your coffee.
