Very inconsistent when it comes to quality, the food (especially from pure eats and the sandwich place) can be surprisingly good, but other times you get undercooked rice or the chicken is dry or some other thing that makes me not want to finish my meal. In general it's a hell of a lot more tolerable than high school food, but I am paying for it, so it better be.
Also the new hours with it being closed at 2:30 to 4:30 kinda suck.

food quality is not too great. they need more variety of food cuisines. once they had indian food and it was super unauthentic and tasted nothing like it should have. the service here is good. my favorite place is probably the burger place.

We came here for USF orientation. The staff were very friendly. This is an all you can eat dining hall and the initial impression of the food stations was positive. However, the food was unfortunately not good. It was just okay which was actually disappointing. This is run by Aramark. Definitely try this before you sign up for any dining plans to see if it’s worth it to you. Our student asked us to not buy a plan.
The hall does get crowded during peak meal times. They did have options for people with dietary restrictions.

Parking: Behind the hub, not specifically for the hub buy can be used as parking if you're coming Here also has a big proper parking about a minute walking to the left
Kid-friendliness: Some spots are self serving stuff but still not something that could hurt kids
