We had a wonderful dining experience. The private setting of the tables are so nice. The food was great. Our server Ariana was exceptional. Her knowledge and friendliness was wonderful.

We were so pleased with our experience. Our waiter’s name was “Ethan”. We will ask for him again. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items (as this was our first time dining here). He was also great at talking with our kids. He explained everything to us carefully and was very attentive. It is very uncommon when a server shows as much attention to detail and personal care about our experience. The portions were generous and the breads and veggies that are served with the cheese fondue are unlimited. We tried the Classic Wisconsin (yellow cheese/beer base), and the Alpine (white cheese/white wine base). Both were quite different, both delicious. For main courses, we shared the “Classic” and the “Pacific Rim” and this was enough food for 2 adults and 3 children (8,10,13). The restaurant was full, but our service was prompt. And it was not overly noisy because most of the tables are corralled by medium/high border walls to provide a buffer. We can’t wait to return and to ask for Ethan again. Great job!!!

For the amount you pay they should give you more. Love the cheese & chocolate fondue but they don't give you a lot of meat & definitely not enough potatoes. Asked for more but I guess the server forgot. I don't like to keep asking for things.

Always an enjoyable experience. I appreciate that the atmosphere is never loud and we can hear each other talk. We love the lingering quality of just eating slowly and enjoying the moment. We never feel rushed. The food quality is consistent and always fresh. I love being able to cook our own food without using seed oils. Our server, Ethan, is so attentive and polite. We always ask for him every time we go and we always look forward to our next visit!

We have been dining at The Melting Pot since the early 90's. It was always a great night out for an anniversary or a birthday. Over the years we continued to go but the experience wasn't the same. We were very happy with this night, though. We had a couple of issues that were immediately corrected by our server Chris and the manager Heather. Chris is a new server and did a good job and we believe his personality will make him a great Melting Pot server as he gains more experience and confidence. Great night overall with great food at a great price.

We went for our anniversary and had the most amazing time. Alyssa was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, kind, funny, and just a joy to talk to. Another server stopped by and complimented my fiancé's tattoos, which made him happy. Each course was better than the last. Alyssa even surprised us with champagne for our anniversary. We had the best night.
