Im lost for words. I called in and ordered 3 orders of pork chicharrones to go. I had my wife pick them up on the way home. We live 10 mins away. She arrived home and tells my daughter to bring me the food. As she approached my daughter says daddy your food is stinky. I chuckled thought nothing of it and grabbed the bag and began to open it to eat. Looky here, when I tell you the smell was of a rotten pungent piercing lingering odor, that's an understatement. I couldn't bare it. I quickly closed it triple bagged it and placed it outside. I called to inform the employees a lady answered and passed me to another lady. She told me that she dont know what im talking about that she has been selling them all day and nobody complained. We'll I told her that's s are for them but im calling and I want to bring the food back. She was had an attitude told me whatever and I asked her name and she just hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. People beware when ordering from here check your food before you leave.

Appalling. No matter how many attempts we make to hope that things go well with some order, It doesn't happen. 80 minutes waiting for an order and when we go to eat it doesn't have much meat, just potatoes and arepa. Terrible not even to say that something is good

Of the Colombian cities in Tampa FL. It is the WORST place to eat, the waitresses are rude, there is no table service, if you call they don't answer and if they answer you have to pay in advance. The food takes forever. For two empanadas you have to wait @20 minutes Terrible.. they should close places like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I am so happy that I decided randomly to just go to this restaurant. I was so happy that they were open late. The customer service was so good. You would’ve never thought it was 12:30 AM. The food is very delicious and the atmosphere is great too.. these other restaurants need to take notes.
