I took a shot in the dark and ordered this off DoorDash and wow. The bbq chicken was perfect and noodles were seasoned great as well. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this place deserved one. Fresh Kitchen is a great restaurant and this place is the same concept but it is better which is saying a lot. I def recommend this to anyone who wants a healthy delicious lunch. 🤙

My wife and I have been ordering ala cart/by the pound delivery for a couple of months. The food has been great and it's been an effective way to maintain healthy eating habits. There have been some growing pains with some of our orders, but NF always responds very quickly and takes great pains to make things right. We've never eaten at the facility, but I'd recommend their food delivery for anyone considering a meal prep service.

We have been repeat customers for a few years now. We love that they cook the salmon fresh, while we wait. We also like the fact, they cold press their almond milk for the yummy shakes with real fruit! Great service with a smile! Like the music too!

The food is always so good I usually go after working out. I love that they serve healthy things doesn’t leave me feeling gross. The strawberry cheesecake shake is the best it doesn’t taste like pure grainy protein. The service is always excellent the staff is friendly and attentive.

I believe this location could benefit from improved management and better-designed workflow operations to enhance the customer experience.

After my workout around 10:45 AM, I stopped by to order some food. Unfortunately, I stood waiting for several minutes before an employee informed me that they were closed and unable to prepare meals, despite having pre-prepared catering-style food visible and store doors open. I was told that only online orders were being processed at that time.

To compromise, I offered to place an online order, assuming this would allow the team to prepare my meal. Initially, an employee agreed. However, during completion of the online order, I was informed by another employee that I would still need to wait until 11:00 AM before my order could even be packed, due to their strict opening time policy.

This rigid and inefficient approach was disappointing. Here are some suggestions for improvement:

- Clearer Signage or Door Policy: If your operation begins at 11:00 AM, consider closing the doors or posting clear signage to inform customers of this policy.

- Empower Staff with Training: Equip employees with critical thinking skills to handle unique customer situations and find reasonable compromises.

- Streamline Online Ordering In-Store: Introduce an in-store kiosk for placing online orders. A simple, cost-effective solution like an iPad station could enhance convenience for walk-in customers.
Improving these aspects could significantly enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smoother operations. I hope this feedback is helpful and encourages positive change.
