Great experience I just had. Ordered from here for lunch today, first time ever trying the place. I got a bowl and a protein shake and both were amazing! High quality and a huge portion size. I’m very impressed. I also appreciated how they have a freezer that keeps your shake cold before you come and get it. Definitely 10/10 recommend this place!

I spend more money getting fast food and I'm never satisfied. Here I spent almost $10 and I'm suffed. Plus the staff is always kind

Service and staff were really friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is that they incorrectly use the Gluten Free symbol. I was in there a little longer than I should of been because they had to explain to me how they use the symbol, which is incorrect. They use it as a not gluten free item/symbol which is confusing. My shake also taste kinda chemical like. Something about is off, Im not sure. Location is convient and its very nice to have something in the gym to ultilize when you need a shake or some food. Shame about the GF though, wouldnt recommend if you are Gluten intolerant or if you have celiac disease. Theres too much question about what is in what and what items are or arent GF.

I took a shot in the dark and ordered this off DoorDash and wow. The bbq chicken was perfect and noodles were seasoned great as well. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this place deserved one. Fresh Kitchen is a great restaurant and this place is the same concept but it is better which is saying a lot. I def recommend this to anyone who wants a healthy delicious lunch. 🤙

My wife and I have been ordering ala cart/by the pound delivery for a couple of months. The food has been great and it's been an effective way to maintain healthy eating habits. There have been some growing pains with some of our orders, but NF always responds very quickly and takes great pains to make things right. We've never eaten at the facility, but I'd recommend their food delivery for anyone considering a meal prep service.

We have been repeat customers for a few years now. We love that they cook the salmon fresh, while we wait. We also like the fact, they cold press their almond milk for the yummy shakes with real fruit! Great service with a smile! Like the music too!
