Food is good and healthy but portion sizes are inconsistent. Usually an athlete bowl has a good amount of protein. However, I have been in a few times and a lady with short hair really does microscopic portions.

Opted for the potato noodles, they tasted like pure sodium, thats about it. I got Tofu which wasn't readily avail and that too tasted like sodium, had to throw the bowl out. Asked for vegan option sauce and the one they recommended had egg in it, review is based on taste though.

The food here is actually really good. The only reason I lowered the stars a little bit is because if you’re on a vegan or a low-carb diet, there’s not very much variety for specific diets that people follow. Aside from that, I’d really gotta say that the food was really good and wasn’t expecting such tasty meal from here.

Theres a whole gym in the back; stopped here with my associate to get a bowl with kale, noodles, chicken and corn it was very tasty!the peanut butter protein shake filled me up!Awesome service too!
Some of the worst food I’ve had, shake was also like water I watched as one of the employees didn’t even measure how much milk he put into my milkshake i don’t usually leave reviews but Im disturbed and disappointed, I could go into detail but I don’t want to make the restaurant look that bad. The food and protein shakes haven’t been so good the past 2 weeks and this is coming from a regular customer

Everybody who left 5 stars and said the food here is great have no taste buds. First time here, and I’m in a sodium coma, how is this healthy food? I’m about to have a heart attack with all this salt in my blood. I tried both chickens and they were both salty; dry, and overwhelmed with oils, brown rice is barely cooked, mushrooms were burnt, no flavor, place is ok, music is way tooo loud, limited choices on drinks, hype is NOT real, staff is friendly tho that’s about it.
I was in the neighborhood so decided to stop by the Nutrition Factory for a protein drink (the banana peanut butter one), which was very reasonably priced. I decided to also pick up a bowl for dinner (pesto chicken, kale, cauliflower rice, and broccoli with cilantro sauce). Both items were delightful and the staff very friendly.

Where to begin? I mean to promote health nutrition and put out quite the opposite is profoundly such a disappointment! Let's start with stating I ordered an extra order of protein and I'm so upset it will be going to waste! The chicken is ridiculously overcooked to the point my mouth and throat hurt from getting stabbed in the mouth! The chicken is so hard its unbearable! The entire bowl with every spoonful to the mouth taste like a pilar of salt. It's cold, extremely salty, and hard! This cannot be healthy! How does someone butcher the simplest food, broccoli? The broccoli is even salty! The sweet potatoe noodle taste like soy sauce galor, they literally are black brownish to color! I did not finish even a quarter of my bowl because the high sodium onset a migraine to come on. I really think this has to be a prank?! Guys please do better! For health promotion you can't promote this! This is F**** up!

The Nutrition Factory is very close to my job so I frequent this location when I'm working in the office. Excellent food, love all of the health conscious options that are available. I believe everything on the menu is Gluten Free which is a big deal for me so I appreciate that too. Keep it up!
