i hated it i literally saw the worker lick my ice cream??? i said something and she wanted to act confused and didn’t want to refund me and when she handed me the ice cream she purposely tipped it over i didn’t even want a new one i just wanted my money back and she refused i have no words honestly i love twistie treat but yall need to fire that worker. she was wearing glasses she has curly hair dirty blonde hair and like brown

I went for the first time today 12/14/23 around 8:30 pm to try Hanley's ice cream cone but I left totally angry and disappointed. The young woman treated us very badly and with a lot of racism for not speaking English all the time, upset because the wait when we decided to choose the flavors he gave us the ice cream without anything on it when and in the end we said thank you in English he did not answer and he closed the window in our faces very rude and lack of respect and education this girl should not be working there
They told me about this place that it was one of the best where they sold ice cream. It's no less true. Tonight I'm going to eat my ice cream and it was really delicious despite the bad treatment from the girl who was working tonight. I asked her if she spoke. Spanish and with a very bad character she told me no but I don't agree with that, my husband tries to communicate with her and she with a bad character prepares the ice cream for which one had to vote because it was not the correct one and she didn't add anything to the ice cream no He peeled them off and then when we paid we thanked him he threw the door in our faces this completely disappointed me I know we are in a country where we have to speak English and I understand that but please a little more empathy with the Latin rasa ?

Whenever I'm in town I'm a nearby we always stop by this twisty treat. It's walkable distance in Neighborhood snack that everybody goes to. We always bring a big group of family and everybody orders all sorts of different ice cream. They're always pretty fast and accommodating and we typically just hang out outside and eat or ice cream before we head back home.
