Got there early to get a table for NFL game. Atmosphere was fun until they let so many people in that you couldn’t move. Food was cheap bar food from a long food truck line. We were told we had to spend $250 or more just on drinks to keep our table. They kept our credit card on file, and at the end of the night, we had to request it back to close out. When we went to settle the bill, they informed us that they had LOST the physical card but had still charged all the purchases to it. When we asked for some sort of discount they refused any discount or compensation for the inconvenience of losing our card…

Loved drinks but security was rude and bruised me; all of which was unnecessary. Can’t believe they would let people like that guard their business. I don’t recommend going here on busy days AT ALL. SO RUDE. I also went to a micro wrestling event about a month ago that was held here and security were also rude to me my family & friends and I.

If you as a business are participating in a ticketed event (and not a cheap one) where part of the appeal is the specials at the bar, it is ridiculous to then knowingly overcharge your customers. Almost as ridiculous as a 20% large party charge for handing me 4 cans out of a fridge.

The bartender at the front bar blonde hair was very rude and disrespectful. Customer service should be number one and when someone asks for water it’s legal to get it. Next year if they are doing wristbands don’t get one because they don’t let you use them. Very unorganized establishment. Won’t be back.

The Spanish security guard needs an attitude adjustment. He was very rude, saying he should have dragged me out of the bar by the back of my neck. All of this because it was 15 minutes before closing time and I was finishing my beer.
